Surplus Greenhouse Descriptions: 

These greenhouses can provide year‐round production for propagation and growing, retail garden centers, and aqua 

culture. Ideal as a starter house or an overflow structure. Cold Frames are non‐rated structures and not recommended 

for high wind or snow areas.  Designed for single poly or double poly roof covering.  Also can be fitted with shade cloth. 

16' Wide Cold Frame  

o Description:  Ground to Ground cold frame structures provides basic protection for crops and plants. 

Designed for either single or double poly roof covering.  Frame price includes arches, purlins, and 

bracing. 

o Greenhouse Ventilation  

One commercial quality exhaust fan, motorized inlet shutter and damp‐proof single stage 

thermostat. 

 

   

20' Cold Frame w/ 3.5' Sidewalls 

o Description:  Cold frame structure with 3'6" high side walls provides greater room for crops and plants. 

Designed for single poly or double poly roof covering.  Frame price includes arches, purlins, and bracing. 

o Greenhouse Ventilation Fans  

Two commercial quality exhaust fans, motorized inlet shutter(s) and damp‐proof single stage 

thermostat.
