Our ability to assimilate feels slower than the

accelerating rate of change. This gives us the

illusion we are falling behind. We suffer the anxiety

of despair when we should feel hopeful about our

possibilities. This need to speed up assimilation is

an opportunity to innovate.

our plan to evolve our enterprise, our mandate and

our purpose. In some ventures, we are already

immersed in deep projection. We share our

experience so others may be inspired to join the

Knowledge in itself has no end game. It’s value

depends on appropriate context, or more

importantly, how it is assimilated into our human

experience, and for our purpose, how it contributes

to innovation.

Claus partnered with Neos to develop a better

understanding of the elements of innovation.

Neos facilitated several sessions of organizational

examination, defining goals and segmentation of

specific actions in relation to time.

We arrived at three categories of implementation

of our strategies and divided our enterprise into

divisions accordingly— immediate, intermediate,

and deep projection.

Our journey to understand the value of knowledge

was initiated by rejecting the linear perception

of past, present and future. We focused on deep

projection and anticipatory intelligence to broaden

the definition of the growing trends of human

experience. Our areas of interest included:

knowledge, information and historical events

assimilation— understanding information and how

it supports and informs experience

Projection— forecasting positive scenarios and

minimizing risk

Claus continues to support existing technology in the

immediate to intermediate range of adaptability. Our

Claus applies an advanced technology

developed by KNODE to manipulate spacetime.

This technology is called HOlO.®

HOlO transports physical material across great

distances by applying wormhole generation

technology. Claus will license KNODE and HOlO

to other enterprises that meet our criteria. We will

accept applications in the near future through

invitation only. all users must conform to a set of

rules detailed in the application.

We adhere to a zero tolerance for deviation from

the formal guidelines. Non-compliance triggers

a notification to KNODE’s central core monitoring.

KNODE disconnects the client’s access when a

“failure to provide explanation” is designated. The

client must submit a new application for license.

With a six-year waiting list, compliance is quite an

incentive.

We simply do not dispose of waste in our backyard.

We treat the earth as a garden to nurture and we

do our business off planet. We balance extraction

with creation.

asTRaEa™ is our exoplanet resource management

division. We are currently basing extraction and

minerals processing facilities in the asteroid belt.

We are also performing sustainable extraction

on uninhabited exoplanets we have accessed

through HOlO.

Thousands of tiny sensor Drones are released via

a search and record module of HOlO. Nano-bionic

hybrid cells store the data and return the information

to KNODE’s core via HOlO. The data is analyzed for

potential resource extraction and evaluated for priority

projection or license. Claus negotiates royalty payments

based on the client’s profit in addition to the licensing fee.

HElME™ designs and builds transportation

infrastructures and sustainable environments.

KNODE and HOlO contribute significantly to HElME’s

Our HElME fabrication process uses advanced

nanotechnology for on-site fabrication. It is most cost-

efficient to use local resources than to transport massive

amounts of prefabricated structures. Data transmits

quicker and with less error than matter. HOlO simply

delivers a KNODE creation module with a customized

ElpH sourcing code and fabrication begins.

This manufacturing facility is in phase three of our

pilot program for encouraging industries to relocate to

uninhabited exoplanets. all facilities are constructed on a

modular basis for expansion as needed and for gradual

dismantling upon resource depletion. all users agree to a

proportional contribution to terrafund, the terra forming

fund of earth-like planets to balance resource depletion.

EVOlVINg ExIsTENCE

Once KNODE has established a virtual presence, it

remains as a core for the duration of the operation.

When operations are complete, KNODE maintains

an active presence node, allowing for a network

of connections that is self sustaining and self

replicating.

transporting of raw materials as well as providing server

storage for Claus technologies.

we transform. KNODE manages resource extraction

TERRaFuND

We require all users of Claus technologies to

support TerraFund. Information is provided with

invitation packages.

KNODE manages TerraFund for Claus. KNODE

generates invitations for licensing of all Claus

technologies.

Knode’s goal is to maintain a universal balance

between extraction and creation while we are in the

immediate to intermediate phases of existence.

HOlO delivers a KNODE-TF module with a customized ElpH

source code which sparks the transformation process.
