Abstract

Innovative leadership performing degree for educational leaders inSaudia-Arabia.

Saad Dubian Al- Shammri

Mu'tah University 2006

This study aimed to identify the innovative leadership performingdegree for educational leaders in Saudia Arabia.

The study community were (465) of educational leaders. To achieve thestudy goals, a questionnaire of three fields (Administrative, Technical,

Imaginative).The study concluded the following results:

1 .Educational leaders practice the innovative leadership in theadministrative and technical field in a medium degree, whereas in the

imaginative field in a high degree.2 .No statistical significance differences were found in the practicing

degree of educational leaders for innovative leadership related to thevariables of (gender and experience) and ( experience and

qualification).3 .No statistical significance differences were found in the practicing

degree of Educational leaders due to the interaction between variablesof (gender and experience) and (experience and qualification) and

between (gender, experience and qualification).4 .The results showed that there are statistical significance differences in

the practicing degree of educational leaders for the innovativeleadership according to the interaction between the variables of gender

and qualification .The sources of differences were for the sake of males having bachelorand diploma as well as for the sake of females having the master degree or

higher than that.The most important recommendations were:

1 .using modern and developed technologies in the Educationalestablishments.

2 .Expanding in training programs.
