The works consisted of demolishing the former dilapidated facility and the subsequent

construction of the 3 new buildings to form a new and modern residential cadet training

centre and associated buildings for the EMRFCA.

The project, spanning over 48 weeks, included the construction of a new residential

building incorporating lecture rooms and offices, training hall, rifle range and guard room.

Works also included construction of new roads, landscaping and a bin & garage store.

The works were carefully phased to allow operation functionality of the site by the

continued utilisation of some of the building prior to their demolition at the end of the

construction phase.
