Cladding Roll ProductsThermal and acoustic insulation for walls and roofs of industrial type buildings
DESCRIPTIONIsover Cladding Roll is a high quality lightweight thermal and acoustic glass mineral wool insulation product.
It provides a strong, resilient and fl exible insulating medium, which is easy to handle, cut and install.
STANDARDSCladding Roll products are manufactured under BSI Quality Management Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
BENEFITS• Excellent thermal and acoustic performance
• Totally non-combustible (Euroclass A1)
• Easy to install
• Long product life – performance will not deteriorate with age
• Exceptional tear strength – will support its own weight in vertical drops
• Durable – not easily damaged in storage, during transport or onsite when installed
• Does not absorb water
FIRE PERFORMANCECompletely fi re safe – Euroclass A1 fi re rating when classifi ed in accordance with BS EN 13501-1.
ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATIONIsover glass mineral wool insulation is manufactured from a combination of silica sand and up to 80% recycled post-consumer glass from building regeneration projects or fl at glass manufacture that would otherwise go to landfi ll. This makes Isover one of the most environmentally sustainable insulation products on the market today. The material credentials of installing Isover glass mineral wool insulation include:
BRE GREEN GUIDE SPECIFICATIONProduct rating: Glass mineral wool insulation products have a ‘best-in-class’ A+ rating (via generic listing).
Construction rating: Built up twin skin metal wall & roof constructions typically have A+ or A element ratings under the BRE Green Guide 2008.
BREEAM: Education 2008
Isover Cladding Roll can assist in gaining credit under category HEA 13 of BREEAM:Education 2008 by helping to improve the acoustic performance of the external envelope. The requirement is that internal ambient noise levels during ‘heavy’ rainfall does not exceed the levels defi ned in table 1.1 of Building Bulletin 93 by more than 20dB.
Certifi cate number: FM 01032
• Zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential)
• Zero GWP (Global Warming Potential)

PACKAGING AND PHYSICAL DIMENSIONSCladding insulation is manufactured in roll form. The rolls are compression packed in individual packs using a strong polythene packaging fi lm. The packs are then stacked on wooden pallets with fi nal weatherproof outer covering, giving the option of outside storage.
