INTRODUCTION: Transportation is the need of any organization. It makes a

system efficient & working. This software contains an entire module oftransportation. This software has included many new facilities as per the

transportation module is concern. In this software a student can easily access to the

bus in formation just by giving the details. He/ She will be able to search whether

which bus or route He /She should avail or what is the time of corresponding route.

The efficiency of this module in this software will help in making dynamic growth

of the organization. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Itallows the users to perform various Modules with

the organization Using their User Id. Like ways.

Administrator Details, Bus Details, Driver Details, User Details.

Objectives: Properroutine of buses .

Transportation on specific events.Easily guided information. This software has included many new facilities as per the transportation module

is concern.

In this software a student can easily access to the bus in formation just by giving

the details .

The existing is not a software application it is ahardcopy(printed on form) i.e.., the student who want to know

the details of bus information must approach administrator

(college).Administrator gives a transportation details forms

from which the user checks the bus information.

PROPOSED SYSTEMHere in this System ,User can get the Bus Information

Directly through the College Website i.e., through Internet

services.Easily guided information. User can easily have access tothe bus information. Specific details of the bus.Proper routine of buses is specified to the users. Usercan easily get the information through internet services.

Administrator: Takes care of the nearly the whole database. Ithas the right to login, insert, Update/modify, delete, View. This

User is Provided with full rights to any thing.

Bus: This module is a part of college bus information System. It

contains the number of seats, Boarding point, Timings. Driver: This module is a part of college bus information system.

The name, Id, phone number, of each staff is registered in

database administrator.

User: This is a part of College bus information system. wherethe users can view the details of the bus in the website.

Real-time monitoring, error free results. This module mainly accessed by

authorities of a college organization to track total details of bus information.

The present system is not user friendly. In this present system the modules

like administrator,bus,driver,user are not used.

The only way to Get Details in this system is Direct Approach.

In Order to overcome the Present System College Bus Service Enquiry

System is developed .

By this system user can Directly get Bus Information From his place

through internet services. Administration,Bus,Driver,User modules are used

in this system.

Easily guided information. User can easily have access to the businformation. Specific Details added to the Bus Info.

Proposed system reduces the time consuming process .
