Leader: The wreath is round with no beginning or end, testifying

to the eternity of God’s creation.

People: The wreath is evergreen, recalling that our faith our

might once again walk in your light, choosing for the

world of Christ. Amen.

*Words of Assurance

WE RESPOND TO GOD’S WORD

*Affirmation of Faith - Nicene Creed

We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven

and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen.

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God,

eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light,

begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father; through him all

things were made For us and for our salvation he came down

from heaven, was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin

Mary and became truly human. For our sake he was crucified

under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On the

third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; he

ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and

his kingdom will have no end.

We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

before and after worship service.

HELPING OTHERS????

Super Storm Sandy. Here is how you can help:

Help out for a day (or two). The Presbytery of West Jersey is coordi-

to AC for a day to help repair churches and homes. Any day is avail-

able if you want to go down -- just contact Pastor Kate and she can

put you in touch with the Disaster Relief coordinator Wendy Frisby.

Donate slightly used tools for building projects. Bring to church

and leave in the narthex. If you have usable electric or gas power

tools please put in the boiler room in the box labeled Hurricane

Sandy.

CPC work day - Saturday December 28- from 8am - 4pm.

All hands on deck!! CPC members and friends will be going down to AC as a church that day. All skills (or no skills ) are

needed. Youth ages 16 and above are encouraged to help.
