NAME OF BOOK, Volume XX was produced by the yearbook class at SCHOOL NAME in CITY, STATE, and printed by Herff Jones, Inc. in Edwardsville, KS. The account was ser-viced by representative Maureen Olofsson and customer service adviser Debbie Thomas. Editor-In-Chief NAME, Section Editors include NAMES and NAMES. We developed the theme NAME OF THEME in July at MO’re Yearbooks Day Camp after exhausting literally hundreds of other possibilities. The cover was designed by XXXXXXXX and incorporated a XXXXXX design which was XXXXXXXX onto the cover. The endsheets were printed on Vibracolor White paper, using XXXX ink. The book’s XXXX pages are printed on XXXXlb Calais MATTE/ OR GLOSS stock. The 2012 volume includes XXX pages in full color. All body copy was set in 10 pt. AHJ XXXX and captions were 8 pt. AHJ XXXXXX. Headline fonts included AHJ XXXXXXXX. Pages were submitted to the plant using HJ eDesign. Our portraits and some candids were provided by XXXX.
