Wow, is this ever a day of flow. It’s an intense flow, as well. My heartis almost burning with it - not the typical burning that happens in the

chakras when they’re burning off misqualified energies.

 The chakras will actually heat up when they’re doing that. This mayhappen to you a lot, during this time when our DNA is beingrestructured, as well. We’re figuratively - and somewhat physically, attimes - heating up.

Okay, but this is a different sort of heat. It is the heat of a fire - of likea sword that is quite hot - piercing and penetrating down deep, deepwithin this heart. It doesn’t hurt - it isn’t in the least bit negative. It’sreally quite a blessing, really. I’m sure you can see that - if you are inheart, too.

Okay, join up there with me, now. Let’s see where this one leads. Inthe last journal (Time Collapsing — Self-Criticism Consumed in VioletBonfire) we sat for a strong heart meditation with the Violet Flame*.We threw all self-criticalness into the flame of that - watched it burnup. By God’s grace, if we stay in heart as we move onward, we willnot recreate that same energy, again. It’s all up to us.

Okay, so we’re being alert, now. We’re aware that we’ve gutted thecentral core right out of that self-critical energy in our lives. It’s beengutted. Have you - never mind - let’s not go for gory illustrations, lol.Let’s just say that it generally takes some cleaning up, after the fact.

 There are, if not old momentums of that energy left, then there arestill threads of it.

I’ll take a minute to explain why this may be. There are cycles, whatsome call and calculate as astrological cycles, that come ad that go.As they come on, it is like the tumblers in an old lock - they areturning.

Once they are turned, then that door will open. What is behind it willbecome accessible. But until those cycles turn, and the energies arelined up just right - we just don’t have access to that.

Don’t worry about the whys and the wherefores of that. They don’tmatter at all. Stay with the heart of this. It is what it is. Whenevermind is getting carried away - and I’ll plug the Mantra for Mind asbeing effective, here - it helps to remind it if this simple reality: it justis what it is. Nothing else really matters. What is - well, it just is. Solet’s just deal with that, and cut the crap, the worrying about details

and all the rest. Ignore it all.

Heart will call you to anything you need to attend to. Trust your heart.Get into the flow of that. You’ll be very pleased. Just staydetermined. See yourself as a victor - for that’s what you are. You’rea great being of Light - though you’re in disguise, here and now -that’s what you are.

We’re coming back into that. It comes in steps and stages. The

biggest gains with this are by staying in the Now. Never leave it - andstay within heart. The two are synonymous, in a way. Together, theyare easy. One leads to the other. They work together.

So, we’ve consumed a very dark momentum in our life. Know thatthese challenging habits or ways of being didn’t originate with this life.

 You brought them in with you. They’re not at all new. Thus, they maygive you a good more trouble than you think they are worth. Justpersist. They’ll go down in flame - Violet Flame - if you do (persist).

We are getting serious, now, with our work. We are getting quitepractical - spiritually practical. We are anchoring what we arelearning, right here in the 3D life. This is great. It will bring thecleansing, the burning up of the dark energy and momentums rightinto the physical plane for you - as you persist.

 You may actually see an image, a flash of violet color here and there.

 That’s fine - just don’t get caught up in that. Stay in heart.Phenomena will come and will go. Let’s never leave our core for that.If we do, then the dark force will see that’s a weakness we have.We’ve got some ego working, there. They’ll move to exploit it.

We are never alone, dear ones. We always have our Guides, ourangels, our Spirit Ones, beings of Light, working with us in the higheratmosphere of the upper dimensions. We also have all the soil andthe grime, the momentums and the energies of darkness that we’veindulged in over all lifetimes. That’s there with us, in our auras, aswell.

So, maybe thank God we don’t quite have second sight, right? Youcan’t just choose to see the good stuff, you know. It’s the coin withtwo sides, as always. So, anyway, there is all sorts of activity

surrounding us at any and all times, pretty much. We are neveralone.

Some of you will be aware that practically every form of communication - besides letter writing, perhaps - is monitored - iswatched. Nothing is private, at all - if it ever was. That was only anillusion.

So yes, technology is being used this way. Those GPS satellites are a

heck of a lot more than geographical tuning points - that’s just a ruse. They weren’t even made for that. That was just to get them approvedand up there.

Okay, now stay in heart with me, here. Remember, if you will settledown in heart space, within, you can go through the whole journalwith me, right there with you. You can sense this - if you keep yourinternal focus. Don’t be misled into mind by what is said. Stayvigilant. If there’s any thinking to do about any of this - do it later.Stay with me, for now - and out of mind.

Now, I would ask that all of you at least accept the possibility thatnone of your voice or electronic transmissions are secure. Online, Iuse Skype, which provides perhaps the best possible security for thenon-technical sorts. It is encrypted, both coming and going.**

One simply cannot stay private anymore. The technology being used

behind the scenes has outstripped our ability to do that - in a 3D orphysical way. There are ways of heart. But we’re not discussing that,right now. I am asking you, each one, to simply accept the possibilitythat what I am telling you is the case. Nothing is private, anymore.

 Just be with that. Let it in. Just consider it.

 You don’t have to accept it, right now. I’m just saying give it a look. If it’s true, it will remain - it will hold up. If it’s not true, it will dissolveon its own. Truth is that powerful. Lies are not. We, ourselves, propthe lies up - or they would simply dissolve.

Okay, so, if it is a given that we have basically lost all privacy - thenwhat of that? What does it mean? What it means for you and for me,right here and now, is that you are coming into consonance with alittle bit more of true reality - of the big picture. And that is hard.

 The big picture isn’t beautiful - not in a 3D sense. Oh, it’s exquisite,from a much higher perspective - and we’re learning to see in theseways, through eyes of heart, too. Right now, though, we need theassistance of this grounding to facts. It’s a part of waking up.

 That is, if you want to wake up to true reality. Many are creating theirown little dream lands, filled with all and only positive things and soon. Good luck with that. For me, I stick to this: It is what it is.

Id’rather know that - what it is - than anything else. No sugar coating,thank you. Are you like that?

I bet you are. That’s why you’re here, isn’t it? You’re after the Truth.Well, don’t expect to find it in words, here or anywhere. Truth is notamenable to being locked down into a 3D matrix, like that. As theMasters all say, it can only be pointed to. The words don’t exist thatcan contain or convey real Truth.

So, let’s take those next steps. Okay, so we’ve admitted in thepossibility that all communications are monitored - or that they canbe. (Of course, 99% of them are too uninteresting or important to themonitors to even care about.) Now, be with me in heart as we takethis next step.

 There is also the technology, out there and operational, to monitoryour mind - your thoughts, your feelings - your vibrations. That exists.

It’s being used.

I feel you - I feel the upset in some or in many. I’ll slow down a bit..Don’t let the mind play it’s mind games, here. Stay centered, the bestthat you can. Just don’t think. Let mind go off and do that, if it likes -

don’t pay it attention. Stay in heart space.

 Take a little trek with me here, and see into what’s behind some of the manipulation we’ve been exposed to. Our beliefs, as they are,have been carefully both planted and cultivated by the darkcontrolling forces that run things on this earth. Them’s the facts.

Stay in heart with this. Think about it later, if you must - just avoidthat right now, okay? Center down. You be in charge. Fire the midfrom that spot - that belongs to your heart. You’re the sovereign, here

- not the mind. Let it go freak out on its own time - you stay righthere.

Are you with me? It’s a bit uncomfortable, isn’t it? The thought thatyour very thoughts can be monitored. Don’t question whether thetechnology exists for this. Don’t go down that route. It’ll take youaway from what is offered, here and now. Push pause, if you have to -to stay centered down.

Now, just be with whatever is present - with your discomfort, with theupset, with the nasty feeling of having no privacy. Just be. Let thatbe, as well. It has the right to be. It really is - it just is what it is. This,too, shall pass, you know. It’s not at all a permanent state - there isno such thing. Only change rules, in 3D.

As we’ve discussed, before, everyone of you is quite telepathic. You’re just not aware of it. That’s been part of the program, thetraining, the education to stay in the left brain. We’re all trained likethat. From that vantage point, this other stuff can’t be perceived. Itmight as well not even exist. That’s part of the diabolical plan, youknow. A deeper part of the manipulation.

 Just be strong, there in heart. There is nothing dark, no, not in thewhole of Cosmos, that can conquer the Light. Love reigns. Be atpeace. There is peace in the heart. Center there. Have no fear.

Okay, what I wanted to do - and I may do it later - is to lay out for yousome of what is behind the push to make us all good little left-brainzombies. Never touch right brain - no funding for art and such - andnever, no never touch heart. That has been the push. They’ve done abang-up job.

I wanted to show you some of what they’ve been doing, “behind ourbacks,” in effect, while we were trapped in left brain - unable toperceive what’s going on. All these mechanisms, these controlsystems and technologies were developed, with the darkest of intentions behind them.

No, not the little guys - this is never the little guys, the shop keeperswho sell you this stuff, the small manufacturers, sometimes even thebig ones. They don’t know - don’t have a clue what’s been designed

into this stuff. They’re just being used - like the rest of us are.

 This is what it takes for the few to rule the many, you know. Justconsider that - how it could be done - that a very few thousand people- or beings, actually - could rule the whole earth. Stay in heart withthis. I insist - don’t come out of there. Go back over it later, if youmust - but stay in heart, now.

Only from heart can we really stand to look at the depth, the breadth,

the extent of the control and manipulation of people, of nature, of society in this day. Head will freak out at this - it is too overwhelmingfor the mind. So stay in your heart.

Whenever you get distressed, try this: just repeat this - “it just iswhat it is. It is what it is. Truth will win out. I am a Light Being. I ampowerful. I am in heart.” Heart can handle this stuff, my friends. It’sreally no big deal to heart - I promise.

 The only reason it seems like a big deal to you - are you ready? - isbecause you’re identified with it. You’re still stuck, identifying withsome aspects of 3D. That means you think you can be hurt. Youreally can’t - it’s not possible.

Look at it this way. Your body is like a car you drive. Your mind is theelectronics, the control mechanisms, the entertainment system - theworks. Okay, do you see this? As the soul, spirit, or essence, you get

this wonderful new car. It’s your physical vehicle - your expression in3D. It’s your ride.

Okay, let’s say you get into an accident. You may even total your car.Do you come unglued over this? Or do you just deal with it, and move

on. Losing a body/mind, or having it damaged, is very much likelosing that car. It’s about that important, in a relative way. It issimply not who you are.

 You’ve seen people, though, who are car buffs - they’re just crazyabout their car. In that case, they will suffer quite a bit over the lossof that car. That won’t actually injure them at all, though - they will

 just have that extra suffering. It goes along with identifying withthings - direct result of that.

If we could all just back off like this - get away from our strongidentification with form - we’d be in much better shape to encounterand deal with the truth of 3D reality - instead of the lies anddeceptions we’ve been fed. We could begin to actually handle the

 Truth - get out from under the manipulation.

I’m sure there are a lot of you there who are like me - you want the Truth, and in a very intense way. You’re willing, even, to suffer, tosacrifice for that. It’s simply more important than most other things in

your life. You don’t want anything that’s not based on the Truth.

Well, if that’s the case, then you’re in really good shape to take thisride with me. The next step is to disidentify, more and more, from theform - from the 3D-ness of Life, here. Just keep stepping back.

As we do that, things will automatically begin to open up for us. It’s just been waiting for us - waiting for our readiness. We haven’t beenready, before. Are you now? Only you can know. Your heart is ready- I can just about guarantee you that.

I’ll close with this, though. Don’t push yourself. It is not necessary topush and push, to keep placing yourself in the most uncomfortablestates of consciousness. Yes, they can be therapeutic many times.Don’t overdo, though. That’s no good. Love yourself! Be reasonablygentle with you.

 You see, just meeting this information - just reading or hearing it - isenough to introduce whatever Truth is in it into your world. Now

 Truth, being the ultimate power that it is - will do the rest of the work. You don’t really have to do anything much about it. It will go to work,all on its own.

 The learning, the growth, will continue on, deep within you, now.What you accept - or what you at least accept the possibility of - theseare ways of giving permission to Truth to enter. What is lies willcollapse. Lies have no internal reality. Truth does.

 Truth, itself, is an alchemical solvent. (It’s also fractal.) We can’tcapture it in words, no. We can point to it, however - and when we do,the inner self makes contact with that. It lets Truth in. It all dependsstrictly on our willingness, though. We are all sovereign beings. We

rule our own world.

Here’s the Mantra for Sovereignty - it’s been a long time since I put itinto a journal:

“I am a sovereign being, exercising free will as I ascend the spiralof Spirit;I intend that the Higher Purpose be served, and that the Lightprevail.”

Whenever I want to affirm my highest goals and vision - or,conversely, when I don’t know what to do or to think - I often offer upthis wonderful mantra. It says it all, for me. It affirms my free will, myintent, my highest purpose - everything.

 Then, I might make the call for the angels and Light Beings to come inand remove all energies or all beings, here in my presence, or maybemessing with me. I state that any energy or being who does notcompletely support and agree with this mantra must now leave mypresence. This is my space, and I claim it for Light. They can go andplay elsewhere.

 You don’t have to worry about removing them. That’s what the LightBeings, the Spirit Warriors are for, in a way - that is their assignment,in all this panoply, this play of 3D. Their job is to assist you, there, onthe dimensions where you don’t yet have full aware presence - to

keep them clear for you.

It takes your free will, though. Without that, nothing happens. That’sbeing lukewarm - doing nothing. Being ignorant. Not making a move.
