President/CEOScott McQuinn

To say 2020 was an unusual year would be asignificant understatement. We do not even rememberwhat "business as usual" means. Uncertainty becamethe norm. Zoom meetings became normal, masksbecame accessories and offices became much quieter.

At Life Enriching Communities we strive to keep ourfocus on not only keeping a safe environment, butmoving the organization forward in pursuit of ourvision and mission. Early on we declared that wewould keep focused on thriving instead of justsurviving. We made good progress on our MajorObjectives and Strategic Initiatives.

Thankfully, we were able to welcome ConcordReserve to the LEC family and look forward to abright future as a thriving senior living communityin Westlake, OH. We are very fortunate to have a strong team of dedicated andhigh capacity people that help our organization to continue to thrive even in theface of adversity.
