If the value of shipment has more than C & F/CIF value of Two hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00). Brokerage Fee of one eight of one percent shall be charged on the amount in excessof Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 200,000.00) plus Five Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (P5,300.00).
