    Land UseThe predominant land use within Old Town will be

    residential. All infill development within such are

    architectural guidelines established for the Old To

    Niche retailis recommended along Preston Road

    of Coleman. Retail development within these are

    architectural framework of the Old Town area. Se

    reduced, when possible, along Coleman and Broa

    roadways.
