EFFICIENT AND NUTRITIVE PALATABILITY ENHANCERInnomax™ MPI is a highly digestible, quality protein for premium pet food. It is especially recommended for sensitive dogs and cats with a demanding palate. Innomax™ MPI can be used to boost protein level, correct ash content and increase palatability. It is a 100% natural and safe ingredient suitable for all kinds of wet and dry pet food formulations, snacks and treats. PROTEIN FORTIFICATIONInnomax™ MPI is a source of nutritious and easily digestible protein. Meat Protein Isolate is derived from porcine fat trimmings. It contains over 90% tasty proteins. The water content is less than 4% and ash content does not exceed 4.5%. The hydrolase is fully absorbable. The invitro pepsin digestibility surpasses 99%. BINDINGThe addition of Innomax™ MPI in dry pet food and semi-moist snacks & treat extrudates improves their overall quality. Even though it is a fully hydrolyzed ingredient, it shows binding capacity and therefore can be used in low starch formulas.

ORGIN OF INNOMAX™ MPIInnomax™ MPI is produced in an USDA certified facility dedicated to processing porcine proteins, from healthy animals approved for human consumption. In the production process, the fresh trimmings are loaded into a cooker or direct steam vessel and rendered. Afterwards, the broth with diluted meat protein is separated from lard. The liquid meat protein isolate is then carefully concentrated and spray-dried to preserve its high quality and palatability (Figure 1).
