Key Area ExpertiseCISCOCIS provides a high level of expertise in the CISCO offering of solutions. These areswitching, routing, wireless within a building, or building to building passing voice and data,security, remote access, VPN’s, and monitoring traffic and security within a network.Additionally, CIS offers CISCO VoIP solutions.

CitrixCIS has several Citrix farms that we support. We provide planning, installs, upgrades, andperpetual support. CIS, along with Citrix, provides measures for security, bandwidthcondensation, redundancy, and remote access.

HPCIS provides solutions in the HP arena for servers, PC’s, workstations, and printers. HPallows us to provide a high level of solutions for Citrix, Microsoft WIN 2008, MicrosoftExchange, and Microsoft Small Business Server. CIS is a service center for HP.

IBMCIS offers the x-Series of IBM hardware, and storage solutions. These offerings areservers, Lenovo PC’s, workstations, and laptops.

IBM Lotus FoundationLotus Small Business Solution offers a complete solution package. This involves serverO/S, mail server, spam protection, virus protection. Lotus provides an affordable solutionfor Small Business.

IP SurveillanceThis solution allows customers to monitor their offices or warehouses from anywhere-atanytime. Captured video stored on hard drives can be viewed remotely. Extreme Low LUXoptics, or Megapixel clarity, and full pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) can provide quality viewing.

LiebertOur affiliation with Liebert allows CIS to provide quality solutions in the power conversionenvironment. This includes sizing the right UPS for a given environment, air-conditionedcabinets, cabinets, computer racks, and flooring.

Level 1: This level of help desk support provides call-answering service, troubleshootingand call-logging. The help desk utilizes a knowledge base to resolve the incident at theinitial contact. This is desktop support, “how to” questions, peripheral hardware, andwindows troubleshooting.

Level 2: This level involves a connection to a server for resolution, and/or to the core ofthe computer network infrastructure for troubleshooting.
