Link your accounting system to automatically export data directly into excel. Excel can retrieve data every 15 minutes if needed.

Once exported it can be linked directly to access which updates information based on the excel spreadsheet(s).
Access can provide all the same information as excel however it provides better reports and you can attach contract files to it.
