Our fully certified, tested and proven drilling, testing and production products are designed to add maximum value to exploration, appraisal and production. From stand-alone equipment such as separators, surge tanks, heaters and heat exchangers to full UBD/MPD, well test and early production facilities, we provide some of the highest quality products available. We hold ASME U2, U, S and National Board R and NB stamps. Additionally, we can CE Mark to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Our in-house expertise in engineering, design, fabrication and packaging, produces interna-tionally certified process equipment, offering off-the-shelf solutions as well as exclusive designs for unique needs manufactured to specific client requirements. Because of our varied expertise in the Process Equipment field we offer a one-stop-shop for all equipment design, fabrication and project management.

All units are designed to be easily assembled on site ensuring safe and fast deployment. Our industry leading Fleet Manage-ment System encompasses all aspects of service and maintenance works, certification, upgrades and spare part requirements of any of our pro-duct lines. The software also tracks and identi-fies failures with units through the unique ‘fault code’ analysis system and alerts customers of possible future failures and preventative measu-res before they occur.
To minimise costly downtime we stock a vast range of ever-ready parts and materials and client product specific kits. From fault diagnosis and repairs, routine service testing and inspec-tion to refurbishment solutions, upgrades and modifications, we provide 24/7, 365 days a year global on call site service. Our service and main-tenance team hold international certifications, including maintenance and inspection of ATEX and IECEx equipment, F-GAS, REFCOM and IICL license.

At the core of our business is our extensive and detailed engineering capability. We provide multi-discipline engineering expertise from the teams based in our engineering centres in Dubai and Aberdeen including structural, architectural, mechanical, HVAC, process, electrical and instru-mentation.
