Corporate/Charity Golf Day Terms and Condi�ons

The following Terms and Condi�ons are to ensure clients contrac�ng with the Mona Vale Golf Club Ltd for Golf Day Func�ons are aware of the condi�ons of facility hire in order that their event runs smoothly and there are no misunderstandings.

Bookings and Deposits Confirma�on by way of a $500 deposit is required to secure the date and �me of your golf day along with a completed Booking Confirma�on Form. This $500 deposit will be deducted from your final payment a�er the conclusion of the event.

Cancella�on/Postponement Policy Should your Golf day be cancelled or postponed, the following condi�ons strictly apply: 2 Months: cancella�on 2 months prior to your event your deposit will be refunded in full. 2 Months ~ 21 Days: cancella�on or postponement in this period will result in all deposits being retained by Mona Vale Golf Club. 21 Days ~ 7 Days: cancella�on or postponement in this period will result in all deposits being retained by Mona Vale Golf Club and half of the agreed Green Fees must be paid. 7 Days ~ Day of Event: cancella�on or postponement in this period will result in all deposits being retained by Mona Vale Golf Club and the Total of the agreed Green Fees must be paid. Under no circumstances will this policy be varied.

Final Numbers for Golf The Final numbers of players for Golf must be given 14 days prior to your event and will confirm the minimum number to be charged. If the number of players decreases before 14 days prior to your event the format may be changed at the discre�on of Mona Vale Golf Club. If the number of players increases before 14 days prior to your event the format can only change if the course is available to accommodate the change.

Formats: 4 ~ 60 players = 1 x Tee start 60 ~ 72 players = 2 x Tee Start 72 ~ 144 players = Shotgun Start

Final Numbers for Catering The Final numbers for catering must be given 5 working days prior to your event and will confirm the minimum number to be charged.

Payment Payment can be made by cash, cheque, EFT. Credit Card details must be provided at the �me of booking. Any credit card payments will incur a 2% fee. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Payment terms are strictly 14 days a� er the event.

Alcohol and Decorum The Mona Vale Golf Club is obliged to abide by State Government regula�on in regard to the responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated persons, minors and those whose behaviour is considered by management as disorderly will be refused beverage service and may be asked to leave the premises. It is your responsibility to ensure orderly conduct of your guests on the Course, in the Club House and on leaving the premises. Management reserves the right to call Police and/or terminate the event, without refund of any monies, should such behaviour present a problem to guests, staff , members or neighbours.

Drinks Cart When alcohol is supplied in the drinks cart the driver of the cart MUST be a Staff Member of Mona Vale Golf Club.

Cart Hire Agreement In considera�on of payment of the hire fee specified in the schedule, Mona Vale Golf Club Ltd agrees to hire a golf car to the person referred in the schedule (“the hirer”) on the date and for the �mes specified in the schedule. The hirer acknowledges that he has received the golf car in good working order and condi�on and that the hiring is subject to the condi�ons of hire set out in the hire agreement. The hirer (and any other driver) acknowledges that he has (they have) read and fully understand(s) the said condi�ons before signing the agreement.

Damage, Breakage or Loss of Property You are responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings, merchandise and prizes. Mona Vale Golf Club will not accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to any such property, before, during or a� er the event. You are responsible and financially liable for any damage to the Course, Club House and furnishings on the property; and for loss however arising, as a result of any ac�on by your guests.

Dress regula�ons Those not abiding by the dress regula�ons will be removed from the Course and will not be allowed in the Club House.

Signage Any Hole Sponsor Signage MUST be: A3 size, Landscape & Laminated. Hole Sponsor Signage MUST be delivered to Mona Vale Golf Club 5 days prior to the event. Any Hole Sponsor Signage not at Mona Vale Golf Club 5 days prior to the event may not be put out on the Course. Any large banners can be hung around the Club House balcony and BBQ area. No banners are allowed on the course. Banners must be removed from Mona Vale Golf Club within 14 days a�er the event. Mona Vale Golf Club is not responsible for any loss of, or damage to any provided signage.

Change Room/Shower Facili�es All golf day patrons are welcome to use our Members change room/shower facili�es on the day of the event.
