The Institute is situated 5 km away from the city on Allahabad- Faizabad National highway on the bank of Gomti river. The institute is one of the leading technical institutions of the state and is responsible for producing top grade engineers with skill sets comparable with the best in the world. The institute is presently affiliated to the GBTU, Lucknow. The institute offers M.Tech., B.Tech in Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering in addition to MCA & PhD.
National Conference on “Advances in Mechanical Engineering and Emerging Technologies” (AMEET-2012)” The conference is arranged to provide a platform for researchers, students to present original work done by them which leads to sharing of knowledge at a highly technical platform. We shall invite the student researchers and academicians from various IITs, NITs and State Engineering colleges etc. for presentations, deliberations, and discussions at a common platform. It is proposed to have a 2-day program during April 7-8, 2012. In this conference, we also plan to have several key note addresses from academic and industry experts.

THEME OF CONFERECE
Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted. All papers will be peer reviewed on the basis of originality, technical depth, content and relevance to conference theme. The authors are required to submit the full length paper including text, figures, graph, tables, references etc. not exceeding 10 pages. The paper should be typed in MS-word. Abstract should not exceed 300 words. The maximum limit of key words is six. .
The Author(s) are required to submit their manuscript in both MS Word and PDF formats through e-mail. All the future correspondence shall be done only with corresponding author. As per the conference norms, the submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer review process. After peer reviewing, if required the author will be informed for revision. After submitting the revised manuscript, it will also undergo for peer review process. The manuscript/revised manuscript will be accepted only after the peer reviewed by the technical experts committee.
The authors will be informed about acceptance of their manuscript and the accepted manuscript will be sent to the corresponding author for proof reading. The authors are required to send the manuscript after proof reading in both MS Word and PDF formats through e-mail.The authors are also required to send the hard copy of their corrected proof manuscript along with registration form, registration fee and duly signed copyright agreement form to coordinator on or before 21 Feb 2012 via speed post/registered post/courier.
The registration fee will be in the form of demand draft (D.D.) drawn in favor of “COORDINATOR AMEET-2012” payable at Sultanpur (U.P.), India. The registration fees are given in the following table:
Guidelines for authors/Presenters:lThe authors can e-mail their manuscript in both M S Word and
PDF formats to- lThe original manuscript submitted should be typed in M S
Word. The text should be typed in double spaced on A4 sized paper with 12 font size in Times New Roman. The number of pages along with the texts, figures/graphs and tables should not be more than 10 pages.
lThe full paper will be reviewed by the experts committee and the comments, if any, will be communicated to the author(s) for necessary action/ revision.
lThe author(s) of the accepted manuscripts will be invited for the presentation in the conference. Only accepted manuscripts will be published in the proceedings after depositing the registration fee.
