Learning how to move your body while throwing different objects, and adjusting your body accordingly to receive the object being thrown.
Students will learn the proper cues to perform many different throwing and catching techniques. Students will learn to move their body to a moving object in order to catch or knock down.

Students will understand the importance of safety when running in small space with large groups. Students will learn that moving through space avoiding objects, both moving and stationary at all speeds is a lifelong skill to avoid injury.

Learning that health and fitness is an important aspect for life. Learning heart health facts to better understand how the body works and operates off of physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices.
Students will learn about making healthy lifestyle choices. Students understand personal hygiene is part of an everyday process. Students will learn to check their pulse and understand resting and working heart rates. Students will understand these are important factors to leading a healthy lifestyle.
