OUR COMPANY
Construction Professional Resources Pte Ltd (CPR) has started providing scaffolding services since
2010.We first started scaffolding services by providing scaffold erectors to the contractors, thereafter the
company turned toward tubular system to serve another group of customers who demanded safety. Over
the years, we are honored to be able to work with numerous companies in the Construction, Factories,
Electrical, Mechanical, Pest-control, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical industry. CPR have
been specializing in scaffolding work for clients in construction and all types of industry. We are currently
using the Tubular system, which has been proven to be the most versatile and flexibility is required.

Our mission is to provide safe and reliable
scaffolding for all our customers and to be
recognized as the “1st choice”, whenever
safety is of top priority. Our role in scaffolding
is to provide the best quality system and
value-added services to give our customers
peace of mind.
Offer scaffold system and providing “peace of
mind” for our customers whenever they use
our scaffolding system has been constantly
emphasized since early days. We begin, of
course with full compliance with safety
regulations and dedication towards quality
and services for our customers, resulting in
client’s confidence in our company.
OUR COMMITMENT
We are committed to provide scaffold solutions catered to individual customer’s need of time and accuracy
without sacrificing safety criteria at all times. Our team of trained personnel is trained in approved training
centers by Ministry of Manpower. Our experience in scaffolding systems, allows us to deliver our service
efficiently and accurately to our customers.
Our commitment to ensuring and enforcing full compliance to safety regulations has awarded us with the
title of Approved Scaffold Contractor (ASC) by Ministry of Manpower (MOM) & as a Formwork, M &E
Contractor by Building & Construction Authority (BCA). This is done through continuous learning and
training for all levels of employees and creating awareness, internally and externally, on the importance of
safety. Our engineers are qualified in providing solutions unique to each customer’s requirement and
specifications. We also an active corporate member of Access Scaffold Industry Association (ASIA)
Singapore and Association of Process Industry (ASPRI) Singapore.

Health, Safety and Quality is one of our prime concerns, and the perfect complement to our commitment to
speed, efficiency and quality. Construction Professional Resources Pte Ltd has achieved ISO 9001:2008,
OHSAS18001:2007 and BizSAFE STAR. All required risk assessments are conducted to ensure the safety
of everyone involved in our process. We believe that scaffolding is not simply erecting access platforms,
but building safe working environments using quality products and following safety practices.

Temporary Roofing Systems
We provide services for any Commercial Scaffolding project, no matter
how large or small. We have extensive experience with Temporary roofs
and have supplied for a wide range of commercial building types
including Schools, Churches, Warehouses, Shopping Malls and Multi
story housing blocks for various local authorities.
Safety Netting and Guardrail Systems
We supply a wide range of fall prevention and protection systems for
working at height, including safety netting, guardrail system and
staircase access solutions.
