SWEET WATER 420– EXTRA PALE ALE

Made with Centennial and Cascade hops, 420 is Sweet Waters most popular beer.

420 Extra Pale Ale is a tasty West Coast Style Pale Ale with a good hop feel to it and a crisp finish.

First brewed on April 20, 1997, this beer has developed quite the following in the Southeast.

Per 12 fl. oz: 5.2 % ABV 156 Calories

SWEET WATER IPA – INDIAN PALE ALE

The mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a

premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze

appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma.

The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact.

Per 12 fl. oz: 4.8 % ABV 144 Calories

SWEET WATER BLUE –FRUIT / VEGITABLE BEER

Sweetwater Blue is unique lighter style ale enhanced with a hint of FRESH blueberry. When you

drink this beer take a good whiff first and you’ll smell the blueberry influence, but on the taste it’s

extremely subtle and the finish is extra clean. Known as a good breakfast beer, usually folks that

are looking to quench their thirst or for those that are new to the “good beer” lifestyle; this is their

choice.

Per 12 fl. oz: 4.8 % ABV 144 Calories

HOP HASH – DOUBLE IPA

We scraped all the hash out of the Yakima hop pelletizers we could get our sticky fingers on to

concoct the dankest double IPA out there. The pure hop lupulin, aka “hash” (the resiny stuff),

meshes seamlessly with the 2-row, pilsner and wheat malts, allowing it to deliver a pungent punch

to the palate.

SHIFT – AMERICAN PALE ALE/LARGER

New Belgium employee-owners work in shifts to brew to life world-class beers. Think American pale

ale meets American lager. It’s easy to drink, crisp and congratulatory. Clock out and crack open a

Nelson Sauvin-hopped shift Pale Larger to reward your work.

Per 12 fl. oz: 5.0 % ABV 134 Calories 29 IBU’s

FAT TIRE – AMERICAN AMBER / RED ALE

Named in honor of the founder Jeff’s bike trip through Belgium, Belgian beers use a far broader palette

of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German and English styles. Fat Tire won fans

with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness.

Per 12 fl. oz: 5.2 % ABV 155 Calories 18.5 IBU’s

1554– BELGIAN DARK ALE

1554 uses a lager yeast strain and dark chocolaty malts. In 1997, a flood destroyed the original recipe.

After traveling to Belgium to retrieve this unique style lost to the ages, deciphering antiquated script

and threw much trial and error culminated in 1554, a highly dark beer with a moderate body and

mouthfeel.

Per 12 fl. oz: 5.6 % ABV 200 Calories 12 IBU’s

SNAPSHOT – UNFILTERED WHEAT

Full of refreshment and a flash of tart at the finish. Smile-inducing aromas of citrus hops jump from the

nose, accompanied by the sweetness of coriander and grains of paradise. Brewed with wheat and pale

malt, Snapshot pours a hazy, lemon-yellow with bight-white lacing. But the real enticement is the snap

of tart.

SLOW RIDE – SESSION IPA

A blend of eight hop varieties, led by exotic Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, twist together brilliant tropical

TRIPPEL – TRIPEL

Opens with a bold blast of hops that slowly gives way to the fruity esters implied by

Belgiuan yeast strain. Trippel is the strongest with the longest fermentation. Remarkable

smooth and complex, our bottle-conditioned Trippel is spiced with a trace of coriander.

Per 12 fl. oz: 7.8 % ABV 215 Calories 25 IBU’s

RANGER – AMERICAN IPA

This clear amber beauty bursts at the starting gate with an abundance of hops: Cascade

(citrus), Chinook (floral/citrus), and Simcoe (fruity) lead off the beer, with Cascade added

again for an intense dry hop flavor. Ranger is brewed with pale and dark caramel malts that

harmonize the hop flavor from start to finish.

ABBEY – DUBBEL

Winner of four World Beer Cup medals and eight medals at the Great American Beer Fest,

Abbey Belgian Ale is the Mark Spitz of New Belgium’s lineup. Abbey is a Belgian dubbel

brewed with six different malts and an authentic Belgian yeast strain. Abbey is bottle-

conditioned, and pairs well with chocolate (or boldly served by itself) for dessert.

Per 12 fl. oz: 7.0 % ABV 200 Calories 20 IBU’s

RAMPANT IPA – IPA

A burly and bitter Imperial IPA, Rampant pours a pure copper and carries the sheen of a

rightly hopped beer. The Mosaic and Calypso hops bring stonefruit to the front seat, and the

addition of Centennials nod towards citrus for a well-rounded aroma. The taste expands

these hops with heavy peach tones and a profoundly bitter bite. There is some malt

sweetness to stand this beer up and Rampant’s finish is bone-dry.

LIPS OF FAITH

SALTED BELGIAN CHOCOLATE STOUT – BELGIAN CHOCOLATE STOUT

This collaboration with Perennial Artisan Ales pairs two favorites: chocolate and beer.

Dessert is best poured. And the brewers at Perennial agree. So for our next Lips of Faith

release we dreamt up a beer that would bring together chocolate sweetness, Belgian yeast,

deeply roasted malts and just the right shake of salt to pour a creamy stout worthy of a

cherry on top.

LIPS OF FAITH - SOUR SERIES

LA FOLIE – SOUR BROWN ALE

This wood-aged, sour brown spends one to three years in big, oak barrels, known as

foeders. And when the beer finally hits the glass, La Folie is sharp and sour, full of green

apple, cherry, and plum-skin notes. Pouring a deep mahogany, the mouthfeel will get you

puckering while the smooth finish will get you smiling.

TRANSATLANTIQUE KRIEK – KRIEK ALE

New Belgium Brewing and Old Beersel of Belgium have partnered to create

Transatlantique Kriek, a spontaneously fermented lambic ale made with sour cherries. The

cherry nose gives way to a pleasingly sour flash across the palate that rolls gently into a

slightly sweet finish. Crisp, effervescent carbonation keeps the mouthfeel bright and

delightfully tingly.

Per 12 fl. oz: 8.0 % ABV 245 Calories 8 IBU’s

ERIC’S ALE – SOUR WILD ALE

Having worked closely with our wood beer project, La Folie, Eric decided to play around

with oak barrels. The result is a very drinkable sour beer hybrid with subtle peach tones

wood characteristics are present but nicely muted.

silky-smooth oats, creating a creamy swallow to buoy a full crescendo of brilliant pine,

GUBNA– AMERICAN IMPERIAL IPA

Gubna was bred from Oskar Blues Brewery’s hankering to confront 100+ IBUs by cranking up the

complexity of hops by pouring Cascade on top of copious amounts of Summit, then balancing that

with a backbone of German Dark Munich Malt and Rye Malt. Its post-fermentation dry-hopping with

both hops allows this monstrosity to gently coax the citrus rind and grapefruit aroma while providing a

rye malt-induced, spicy-yet-round middle, and a brisk, clean bitter finish.
