In order for Cross Match to operate LSMS software within a certain state, their software must meet state level guidelines matching that state’s biometric collection standards and laws.Cross Match’s flagship web-based biometric collection and dissemination system (WEBS) requires compatibility to run alongside their LSMS client server based system. Mobile Bio-Capture is an android based mobile solution designed to capture a user’s credentials from a variety of sources in the field and validate those credentials across the spectrum of available authority resources.
