Health:

Fact: Sitting 6 hours a day can reduce your life by 15 years
Fact: Standing verse sitting can burn 625 more calories a day
Fact: 70% of illnesses can be prevented in the United States
Fact: Smokers, on average, miss 6.16 days of work per year due to sickness (including smoking related acute and chronic conditions), compared to nonsmokers, who miss 3.86 days
Fact: George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services (SPHHS) indicates that the U.S. lost almost $40 billion in 2010 due to job-related injuries in low-income workers.
