SHIFTING THE FOCUS…
During the night of February 18, 2010 there was a school fire at the South Bay E.S. in West Babylon, New York.
Twenty (20) area Fire Departments responded, or were standing by to help.
As daylight struck, the extent of damage became apparent.

BBS has been working hand in hand with the West Babylon U.F.S.D. to re open the South Bay Elementary School…
In the meantime, students were relocated.
We tried to make them feel more comfortable by installing colorful graphics in their temporary space.
The following photos show partial demolition and removal of damaged structural elements.
The project was “safed-off”.
