Credit Insight Analyst – Credit Operations

ROLE OVERVIEW 

As Credit Insight Analyst for our Credit Operations team you will be responsible for producing analytical insight in to Credit Operations performance. Your role will include building and producing in‐depth Credit reporting for all aspects of Credit Operations. Through building effective relationships across all operations, you will report on functions within credit Operations, deliver key performance indicators for Direct Debit and through reporting on MI & KPIs, suggest ways to drive better cash collection performance. 

AREAS OF SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY 

● MI & KPI in‐depth Reporting experience ● Experience in creating and running MI Reporting ● Report team statistics and KPIs to the department & company ● Work as part of the team to deliver effective MI reporting to the Credit Management team 

for monthly and daily KPIs and SLAs 

THE DESIRABLE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 

● Able to create and produce effective MI & KPI information ● Advance Microsoft Office skills ● Able to understand and communicate best practice and/or regulatory conduct ● Able to rationalize conflicting priorities and act in a timely manner to meet deadlines and 

maintain team morale ● Able to work to tight timescales and manage time effectively ● Previous experience of the Utilities or Financial Services industry ● Proficient in Microsoft Access & VBA ● Six Sigma ● Business Analytics/SAS ● Inquisitive and prepared to challenge ideas ● Must have flexible approach to work ● Microsoft SQL analytical skills
