Open House Blue Bay Resort huge success!

The two-day open house at Blue Bay Resort

which was organized recently was very suc-

cessful.

Guests were welcomed in the golf clubhouse

with a snack and drink. The representa-

tives from Blue Bay hotel, the Home Owners

Association and Blue Bay Golf were all present

to provide information. Also the entire team of

real estate office RE/MAX BonBini was present

and provided guided tours of the resort with

a golf cart. During the tours one could view

several lots in the residential section, newly

built homes and apartments at Indigo and

turnkey dream villas.

Garden home or a turnkey villa on J-section during

the Open House, received a brand new golf cart and

also a free membership of the golf club. Plots were

More than 100 RE/MAX Affiliates were in Miami last week

for the world-class education and networking at the RE/MAX

Encounter of the Americas. Pictured are some attendees who

course and on the right two of our local RE/MAX BonBini

With this course they learned ‘How to Successfully List &

Sell Commercial Real Estate’. With proven techniques on

estimating commercial property values, creating effective

commercial listing presentations, use new and traditional

media to generate leads and sales, working with commercial
