Important notesThis form must be completed for all new Higher Education programs. It incorporates requirements of the strengthened Australian Qualifications Framework 2nd edition, 2014 (www.aqf.edu.au)Faculties may work on this form at any time in relation to gaining UPAC approval for the program, but cannot submit it to Curriculum Committee without UPAC approval. Faculty Board approval is also necessary before submission. Staff are advised to consult with their Associate Dean Learning and Teaching and the Chair of Curriculum Committee during development of the program documentation. At the latest, programs must be submitted to Curriculum Committee at the appropriate meeting to reach Curriculum Committee during March and Academic Board during April of the year before proposed delivery). Earlier submission is recommended to enable necessary changes to be made. This form should be submitted succinctly; a maximum of ten pages is expected.
