Important notesThis form must be completed for all new Higher Education programs. It incorporates requirements of the strengthened Australian Qualifications Framework 2nd edition, 2014 (www.aqf.edu.au)Faculties may work on this form at any time in relation to gaining UPAC approval for the program, but cannot submit it to Curriculum Committee without UPAC approval.
