Teaching experience: I`m working as a Sr. lecturer in the EEE program, under School of Engineering and IT, University Malaysia Sabah since June 29,
2010. In year 2011 and 2012, I acquired praiseworthy award from vice chancellor of the University for Teaching & learning as
well as research matters.
Academic administrative work experience: Working as a co-coordinator of Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC) in my program and working on IAC (Industrial
Advisory Committee) matters in the school level.
Research experience in brief: M.Sc level (Rajshahi University) 1993-1994 (I had studied on electrical and optical properties of Air-oxidized metallic
Aluminum thin film grown in high vacuum chamber in thermal process. Depending on the films growth techniques,
time/thickness as well as growth environment its resistivity, carrier density, refractive index, electrical permittivity, extinction
coefficient, absorption edge, was also studied in my MSc project.
As a Scientific Officer (BAEC) -1998- Study the properties of NaI ionic sensor
PhD level (Fukui University) 2001-2004 (In my PhD level I have studied how to reduce residual stress (thermal stress) in
MOVPE GaN (Gallium Nitride) films grown on Si substrates using different interlayer’s. It is related to modeling heat transport
of semiconductors for optoelectronic devices fabrication. To achieve good crystalline GaN film, stress minimized Ga polarity
domain epilayer have keen interest. But those properties of the epilayer can be achieved by employing proper interlayer on Si
substrate.
