Als „Lippenpflege für zu Hause“ sorgt er für geschmeidige, gepflegte Lippen und hat ein leichtes Orangen-Aroma. Since April of 2017, our entire production has run on electricity sourced from renewable energies. The electricity is produced, and the certificates are monitored, according to the EU directive on renewable energies (2009/28/EG).

Aufgrund der Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Partnern gewährleisten wir eine nachhaltige Produktion. Mit Lipcare Native wird eine Rezeptur angeboten, in der nur Rohstoffe aus deutschem Anbau verarbeitet werden und die somit CO2 sparend produziert werden kann.

ENVIRONMENT

We guarantee sustainable production by working together closely with regional partners. With Lipcare Native we are now offering a formula made of raw materials exclusively sourced from Germany, reducing our carbon footprint.

ECO-COCKPIT

Mit Hilfe des Programms Eco-Cockpit der Effizienz-Agentur NRW konnten wir unsere produkt-, prozess- und standortbezogene CO2-Bilanz erstellen. Unsere aktuellen Prozess- und Produktemissionen wurden bewertet und wir arbeiten daran, unsere Ressourceneffizienz weiter zu steigern.

ECO-COCKPIT

With the help of the Eco-Cockpit program of the Effizienz-Agentur NRW – an organization that helps manufacturing companies improve their resource efficiency – we were able to get an even clearer picture of our product, process and site-specific carbon footprint. Our current process and product emissions were assessed and we are now working to further increase our resource efficiency.

RECYCLING

Auch beim Kunststoff setzen wir auf Nachhaltigkeit: Wir haben einen Lippenpflegestift entwickelt, dessen Außenhülle zu 98% aus recyceltem Kunststoff hergestellt wird. Umverpackungen werden bevorzugt aus Recycling– oder FSC zertifiziertem Papier hergestellt.

RECYCLING

We place great importance on sustainability – also regarding plastics. For instance, we offer a lip balm stick that comes with a casing made of 98% recycled plastic. Also, we try to use secondary packagings that are made of recycled or FSC-certified paper.

Je nach Füllung können dies Lippenpflegestifte, Tiegel oder auch Gloss-Container sein. Den Großteil der Kunststoffprodukte spritzen wir mit eigenen Kunststoffwerkzeugen und bieten somit höchste Flexibilität. Unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten der Ober-flächenbeschaffenheit wie metallisierte Kunststoffe können je nach Einsatzzweck auch zum Tragen kommen.

We offer packaging which is suited to the desired target group, the defined budget as well as the product concept. Depending on the filling, you can choose a lip balm stick, a jar or even a gloss container. Most plastic products are injected with our own moulds, which is why we can offer maximum flexibility. Different options with regards to the surface structure such as metallised plastics can be produced according to the intended purpose.

Printing

In order to meet tight delivery deadlines, we print almost all products in-house. We individualise the product with a silkscreen print, a digitally printed label, a digital hot foil stamping or an engraving, depending on the type of logo and packaging. Bulk Production

Our in-house bulk production ensures maximum flexibility and quality. All bulk production processes follow clearly defined procedures that are continually enhanced and checked. Formulas developed in-house or provided by clients are produced in variable batch sizes. State-of-the-art facilities ensure consistent quality and sufficient production capacities. Hygiene, in-process checks and complete documentation are a matter of course for us.

Abfüllung

Unsere modernen Abfüllanlagen ermöglichen uns, in bis zu drei Schichten am Tag flexibel auf unsere Kunden zu reagieren. Wir können Lippenpflegestifte mit Ausschubhülse, Tiegel sowie Gloss abfüllen. Der Abfüllprozess kann auch als reine Lohnherstellung erfolgen, für die unsere Kunden ihre Bulkware und Packmittel beistellen. Die fachgerechte Abfüllung erfolgt – wie die komplette Produktion – unter Einhaltung der Kosmetik-GMP.

Filling

Our modern filling lines allow us to fill even large orders in up to three shifts per day. We can fill lip balm sticks, jars and gloss containers. Contract filling is also possible: in this case, our clients provide the bulk goods and packaging material and we only provide the filling process. GMP guidelines for cosmetics are complied with during filling and throughout the entire production process.

Quality Assurance

We boast excellent quality management and are committed to international cosmetic legislation and GMP guidelines for cosmetics. We also have an independent laboratory regularly checking and analysing the ingredients that go into our products.Continuously trained specialists check and ensure the quality in every stage of the production - from the moment the raw materials are received until the goods leave our warehouse. In 2016, we successfully attained ISO 9001:2015 certification.

In Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Designern entwickeln wir gerne individuelle Verpackungs-lösungen für unsere Kunden. Wir bieten nach Wunsch bedruckte Karton- oder Blisterverpackungen für Lippenpflegestifte und Döschen an und ergänzen diese auch um weitere Artikel für den POS. Wir liefern in über 35 Länder und erledigen auf Wunsch selbst-verständlich auch alle Zollformalitäten. Dabei arbeiten wir nur mit bewährten und zuverläs-sigen Partnern zusammen.

Dispatch & Packaging

We are happy to create bespoke packaging solutions for our clients in collaboration with experienced designers. We offer printed cardboard or blister packaging for lip balm sticks and tins, which can be used to expand your product range at the POS. We deliver to over 35 countries and we are happy to deal with any customs formalities, if desired. This is why we only work with tried-and-tested, reliable partners.

Certification / Product safety

Safety assessments and dermatological tests are conducted with external service providers. New developments are tested and documented extensively, e.g. thermal testing in our in-house climate cabinet. Through our active work in leading branch associations, our R&D department offers advice on product claims and texts.

PLANTY

The formula “Planty” is the standard which is filled in our lip balm sticks. Oils and waxes of plant origin such as bees wax and shea butter as well as vitamin E provide the moisture that the sensitive skin of our lips desperately need leaving them soft and smooth. The formula is free from mineral oil and wax, has a touch of vanilla aroma and gives lips a subtle clear shine.

Our formula, with sun protection factor 30, protects lips from harmful UVA and UVB rays even in intense sunlight. Shea butter keeps the lips from drying out and makes them supple. The neutrally scented formula also contains vitamin E and bisabolol. The formula's characteristic colour is a result of sea buckthorn oil, which contains carotene.

Die bewährte Rezeptur Planty wurde im Labor weiterentwickelt und hat nun ein sportlich-frisches Aroma. Die farblose Formulierung enthält Hopfenextrakt, das die Lippen glättet und geschmeidig macht, sowie erfrischendes Minzöl und ist auch bei Männern sehr beliebt. Zusätzlich enthalten sind pflegende Shea-butter und Vitamin E.

We once again returned to our labs to further develop our proven Planty formula. Planty Mint now proudly exudes a sporty fresh scent. The colourless formula has hops extract that leaves lips smooth and soft, as well as a dash of refreshing mint oil – making it very popular with both men and women. This formula is rounded off with nourishing shea butter and vitamin E.

Die cremige Rezeptur ist unsere Standard-Befüllung für alle Döschen und Tiegel. Die farblose Butter mit leichtem Vanille-Aroma pflegt mit Sheabutter, Jojobaöl sorgt für geschmeidig glatte Lippen. Weitere Pflegekomponenten sind Aloe Vera und Vitamin E.
