She has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses such as Public Speaking (KOM3403), Script Writing (KOB3431), Basic Production Techniques (KOB3402), and Broadcasting and Society (KOM5519) and coordinates Special Topic for Corporate Communication (KOM5711) course. Besides teaching, she also was nominated as a group leader representing the Faculty for Teaching and Learning Innovation Competition in 2017.

As an academician in a Research University, she is actively involved in research. She was a member of Erasmus+ research grant from 2016 to March 2018 in a project entitled “International Media Studies: Media Literacy as Media Competence Program for Social Change (MEDLIT),” co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. By using Delphy study, this research has developed an introductory-level Media Literacy (Medlit) Massive Open Online Course (MOOC). She has also published journal articles and book chapter, locally and internationally such as in the Asian Journal of Communication.
