This section describes briefly a summary of your career in science, academic and research; themain scientific and technological achievements and goals in your line of research in the medium-and long- term. It also includes other important aspects or peculiarities.

I hold a 5-years degree (Licenciatura) in Chemistry from the Complutense University of Madridand a Master of Science in Chemistry from Aarhus University (Denmark). I received myPhD degree in Nanoscience in June 2017 after working under the supervision of Assoc.Prof. Mogens Christensen at the Center for Materials Crystallography at Aarhus University.After graduating, I worked as a Postdoctoral researcher at the same center for 7 months.My research has focused on improving the magnetic properties of rare-earth-free permanentmagnets in the framework of the European projects NANOPYME within the FP7 program, andAMPHIBIAN within the Horizon 2020 program.

I am highly trained in the field of powder diffraction using both X-rays and neutrons as sourceof radiation (PXRD, NPD). I have conducted numerous diffraction experiments aiming toinvestigate very diverse scientific cases (in situ studies on the hydrothermal synthesis ofnanoparticles, in situ studies on the thermal treatment of nanoparticles under different gasatmospheres, in situ studies on the compaction of anisotropic particles, magnetic structuredetermination, as well as regular ex situ powder diffraction measurements). I have takenactive part in 12 beamtimes, spending a total of 47 days at large-scale facilities (ESRF, Petra-III@DESY, MAX-lab, SINQ@PSI, ALBA), and being the main experimentalist in 9 of them.Additionally, I have collaborated in synchrotron experiments using spin-polarized Low-EnergyElectron Microscopy (LEEM), X-ray Magnetic Circular Dichroism (XMCD) and Photo-EmissionElectron Microscopy (PEEM). I am also familiar with magnetic properties measurement usingaVibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM).

During my PhD, I dedicated a total of 590 hours to teaching different courses at AarhusUniversity. I also supervised 3 under-graduate students during their projects. I am a co-authorof 20 contributions in Conferences (12 International Conferences). I have also co-authored 8ISI-recorded publications that have gathered 24 citations to date, yielding an H-index of 3.
