Nowspreadthegelevenlyovertheinsidewallofthetrayfromtoptobottom.Repeattheprocessonthebottompartofthetray.Whenapplyingthegelintothemouthtray,makesurenottousetoomuchgel.Doingsomaycausethegeltosqueezeontothegumsandirritatethem.Oursyringescomewith3mlofgel,whichisenoughfor3treatments.Onthetoppartofthetrayyoushoulduse0.5mlofgelandthesameamountonthebottompart.
