bagong bahay? Ano ba magiging itsura nito? Ilang kwarto

    ba, ilang rooms?

May magiging pag babago ba sa schedule mo? Mag wo-work ka

pa din ba sa pinagtatrabahuhan mo ngayon?

Kung OO, anong magiging pagbabago sa work life mo

    instead sa work mo ngayon?

Who are you going to spend more time with?

Kanino mo ibubuhos ang time and attention mo?

Anong gagawin mo maghapon? Anong mga lugar ang

pupuntahan mo?

Sige, sabihin mo.

Huwag mong tipirin sarili mo. Remember, may P200 Million ka sa

    bank account mo.

Ano ba ang bibilhin mo at Magkano ba magagastos mo dun?

    Halimbawa ganito ang price niya.

    Dream Cost

    House P3 M

    Car P2 M

    Savings P10 M

    Travel P5 M

    Education P5 M

    Health care P1 M

    Charity work P10 M

    TOTAL P36 Million

    P200 Million minus P36 Million = P164 Million

So after mong maabot mga pangarap mo, may surplus ka pa dinkaya hinding-hindi ka talaga mag hihikahos.

Now, balik tayo sa reality.

    work mo lang?

    banko, P100,000/month.

    pang gastusin.

    So, P10,000 X 12 months = P120,000 savings per year.

In 10 years you will have saved P1.2 Million.

time sa pamilya mo every day? Sapat na ba ang savings na yan?

    Lets compute.

Halimbawa 30 years old ka na and ka-ka start mo lang sa pag

    build ng wealth mo.

    2013

    You 30 years old

    No Savings yet

    magiging dukha.

Pero you been reading the right books kaya nag simula ka ng

mag work for your dreams. Gradually you have begun believing

    that YOU CAN DO IT!

So you worked for 40 years and is now 70 years old. You now

have P4.8 Million by saving P10,000 per month. Sapat na ba siya

    para sa pangarap mo?

Well, not yet. Remember your dream is P36 Million. Some people

at this point will try to rearrange his dreams in order for it to fit

their current savings. That is what we call normal.

We Filipinos have this saying na Matutong mamaluktot sa maliit

    na kumot

Maganda yan.

Why not do something so you can turn those dreams into reality?

    YOU deserve it.

Other people will rationalize that its ok to depend 100% on salary

from employment. That is OK if you do not have any dreams at

    all.

Some say may retirement benefit naman, may pension..,

Tanungin kita, who do you know, that has been an employee all

his life, who have not invested in stocks or built businesses have

P36 Million in their bank account?

    WALA PONG GANYAN.

Plus, If you wait too long and spend most of your life working for

Dont believe me? Then mag tambay ka

sa harap ng drug store and you will see how many people buy

there. Yung mga bata na nakikita mong bumibili diyan, they are

buying it for their grandmother or grandfather who is already too

    weak to buy it themselves.

Besides, kung may P36 Million ka nga pero you are already 70

years old naman, ma eenjoy mo pa kaya ang pera mo? Makapag

tatravel ka pa ba? Hindi na po.

Money is not the most important thing in the world, but it ranks

up there with oxygen. Just like oxygen, if money stops coming to

    you, YOU DIE.

No money = No food, Walang pambayad sa electricity at tubig,

pambili ng damit, pambayad sa doctor, etc.

Money also buy you time freedom. If you have more money you

can find more time to pamper yourself and you can spend more

    quality time with your family.

Pag may pera ka kasi, you can pay other people to do your work

for you para mas may freedom ka na gawin ang mga bagay na

    gusto mo.

I have a childhood friend who grew up without enjoying the

guidance of a parent because they chose to go work abroad and

leave her behind in the care of her grandparents. Imagine, all

those birthdays, pasko, and bagong taon na hindi niya kasama

ang mga parents niya. Isnt that sad?

But no choice, people who choose 100% employment as an

avenue to realize their dreams will have to work for many years

in order to give their love ones a better life. Unfortunately, kahit

mag trabaho pa sila ng matagal, it will never be enough.

If you will depend on employment alone in order to achieve your

dreams, YOU will not have enough time to earn and save.

If P36 Million is the price of your dream, then you will have to

work 300 years total in order to save enough. Ang tanong, DO

    YOU HAVE 300 YEARS?

Now there are many other options that is better than just relying

    on a fixed salary job

One of them is to start a part time business.

Many choose to put up a BBQ stand or fishball cart. Many

people are actually earning a lot of money from doing this simple

    business.

negosyo. I have a friend who can make ice cream who makes

money by selling it to her friends pag nag bi-birthday sila.

Sacrificing a few hours of your time after work can mean a lot.

Some people waste their time every night watching news and

Telenovelas instead of using that productively.

Magsisimula yan sa TV Patrol then matatapos sa Apoy sa Dagat.

People spend 4-5 hours every day infront of a television set.

But, starting a part time business has drawbacks too. One of the

greatest pitfalls is that you get tempted to hire people too early in

    the business.

Because you are tired already from your day job, you will soon

feel that it is justified that you hire a hand. But this is an expense

    you do not need yet.

Aside from the added expenses you will incur, if you hire people

without learning the business yourself first, you will end up

    becoming a hostage.

What I mean is, dahil sila ang may alam kung paano nag wo-

work ang negoyso mo, you will be afraid to reprimand them kahit

    Grabeng stress yan sayo.

Another problem is pwede kang pag nakawan ng tauhan mo.

kasi he will never work hard enough because he doesnt own the

    business.

This is the reason why many employees dont go into business. It

is stressful and isa pa magastos siya. The first few weeks baka

    wala kang kitain.

Maswerte ka kung hindi ka lugi. Most of the time palabas lang

lahat ang pera mo the first few weeks. Medyo malaki din ang

    capital niyan.

I had a conversation once with the guy who sells BBQ chicken by

SM Naga. I asked him kung pwede na bang pang negosyo ang

P12,000 ko. Natawa lang siya. P15,000 daw kasi cart pa lang yan

    and equipment.

Be prepared to spend at least P20,000 in order to get a part time

    business started.

If you will start a part time business, you can increase the

amount of your monthly savings. However, It will be a sacrifice,

A lot of people do not want this option kasi isipin mo ha, pagod

ka na after working for 8 hours, tapos mag tatrabaho ka

nanaman ng 4 hours more?

Is it possible na

If yes, then in40 years, naka save ka na ng another P4.8 Million.

P4.8 M from your job plus P4.8 M from your business is equals to

    P9.6 Million.

You will have saved P9.6 Million in 40 years. It is a lot of money

but still not enough to buy your P36 Million dreams.

of easy money. Ang problema most of these easy ways dont

    work.

Nakapag taya ka na ba sa lotto?

Just the other day may nanalo po ng P700 Million. And take note

    ha, mag isa lang siya.

However, If you will leave to luck ung chance mo to gain

But dont leave that to LUCK. Kasi paano kung hindi ka

swertehen.

investing in stocks and mutual funds. Ang simpleng P10,000 per

month can amount to millions in 10 to 20 years.

Another problem you have to think about is that, hindi po fixed

isang part time business. Let me review it with you.

Drawbacks of a Part Time Business

    1. High Starting Capital P20,000 at least

    2. No Earnings for the first few months

    3. Bad Employees Will never care as much as you sa business

    kasi he doesnt own it.

    4. Takes too long to accumulate enough cash for your dreams

Aabotin kang 40 years pa din just to save P4.8 million.

Kung ganun pala, is there no other way? Wala na bang paraan

talaga para maabot mo mga pangarap mo?

    A Better Option

What if there is a way to achieve your dreams that will not take

40 years? Isang way na kung saan very low lang ang risk

    involved?

Would you be interested to know a system that has produced

hundreds of millionaires in the Philippines in just 5 years?

Sa totoo nga po, maraming Pilipino ang kumikita ng close to P1Million a month dahil sa industry na ito.

Ang maganda dito, kahit wala kang malaking capital and minimal

lang ang skills mo, you can still earn a lot. Kung yung dating

jeepney driver nga napayaman nito, ikaw pa kaya?

This industry is commonly known as MLM (Multi-Level Marketing)

or Network Marketing. Network Marketing has been in existencefor over 50 years now. Siguro may mga networking companies

ka ng nakita noon; companies like AVON, TUPPERWARE and

    NATASHA.

The concept of network marketing is simple. Our society uses all

kinds of stuff everyday from shampoo to Celphone loads. The

normal way to distribute these stuff is through a series of middle

men that serves as a conduit from the manufacturer to the

    consumers.

Along the way, tumataas po ang price ng commodity.

If the manufacturer sells a pencil for example, at the beginning,

Network Marketing on the other hand by-passes the middle men

and gets directly from the source.

Do you have friends who buy groceries every week? O kaya nag

Ikaw naman, you will make a recommendation.

magandang sine tapos what do you do the day after? You get

With network marketing, you will get paid for recommending a

product sa mga kakilala at kaibigan mo. In this business para

    kang may tindahan.

People can buy directly to your companys office but still kikita ka.

    You Kamusta pare

Kaibigan mo na may bigasan Ay eto busy sa negosyo. Ano?

pagbili niya instead of you, then she is not your friend.

Matatawag mo bang friend ang ganun?

Network Marketing allows you to supply your friends and family

with what they need every day and at the same time, kumita sa

    mga transaction na ito.

Ang maganda, this business allows you to empower other people

the same benefits and opportunity that you have.

Pero, with network marketing, walang

    at kapamilya mo.

Kasi pag ikaw yung tinatawag na upline, you will still get a

percentage of what they sell or buy.

that will be an additional P8,000 per month.

    ganitong negosyo?

There are two main reasons why.

    1. Tried it before but failed.

    2. Negative feedback from friends and family.

    Tried it before but failed

Marami ang ganito and you may be one of them.

Let me ask you, what do you think are the elements of a

profitable MLM business? What actions do you need to take or

knowledge that you need to learn in order to earn BIG in this

    business?

If you do not know the answer to these questions, then we know

why you failed. If you do not know the recipe for a Pineapple

Upside down cake, will you be able to make one? You can try butwill your creation be as delicious as that made by a baker expert

    in making cakes?

A lot of network marketers are like this.

They approach their business without doing any research at all.

They dont take the time to learn and so they dont know what

correct actions they should take. No wonder nag fi-fail sila.

Sometimes, hindi naman nila kasalanan. They may have the right

desire to achieve in MLM and reach their dreams pero baka yung

How to choose an MLM business to venture into

Choosing a business to invest into and spend time and effort for

is a vital piece of your success puzzle. Kasi if you make a bad

Not all companies are the same. Each one has their own

strengths and weaknesses. Some weaknesses you can ignore

while others cannot be tolerated. Your personality and interests

must also match with your chosen companies features.

Choose a company whose products and services you will still buy

even without the business side attached to it because you are aCONSUMER first, and a BUSINESSMAN second.

If you are not satisfied with the product and service, will you

have the passion to share it with others?

Dapat match ang company mo sa interests and skills mo. Some

people like abstract ideas. If you are like this, a technology and

service company will work well for you.

If you are more into concrete ideas or you prefer the tangible,

then partner with a company who has a product that you can

    evaluate using the five senses.

There is a big difference between illegal scams like pyramiding

and legitimate network marketing business. A few months ago,

an illegal scam operated here in the Philippines that was able to

fool a lot of people including politicians.

They operated on a mutual fund like agreement with VERY HIGH

interest rates. The promise was magi invest ka lang at tutubo

na pera mo. This got people hooked.

In the beginning a lot of people were earning but in the end, the

new people coming in lost thousands of pesos and some even

    losing millions.

The lure that got so many people was the promise of easy money

without doing anything. Now may I ask you if it is logical that

your money will grow even if you are not doing anything. Is it?

Yes, if you invested it in a legal mutual fund or stocks.

Most legal mutual funds will only give back 5% interest rate

because they need to make money too.

If the investment scheme is promising more than 20% interest

rate, then that should be a signal that something is amiss.

Remember, in any business or investment, money is not made

unless a sale is made. Hindi po manganganak ang pera kung

wala naman nag papatakbo dito. At hindi ito tatakbo kung walang

    bumibili ng service o product.

When you invest in stocks or mutual funds, you invest in a

profitable companys business. Kapag nakaka benta sila, kikita

ka, kung hindi, wala din kayong kikitain.

    Pyramiding VS MLM

The difference between MLM and an illegal pyramid is not the

    shape of their organization.

If we will base our judgment whether or not something is illegal

based on the shape of its structure, then we are S T U P I D.

    Kasi, look around you.

What is the shape of your governments organization?

What is the shape of typical corporations?

Firstly, how did they even know that the recruitment specialist

hasnt recruited people that he knows? In most company though,

it is a policy that the relatives and close friends of HR Employees

are not qualified for job positions so that people get hired due totheir talent not their connections.

Now, in Network marketing, you are FREE to recruit those who

you do not know. Its up to you if you will go for your cold market

(people you dont know) or your warm market (friends and

    family).

There is no rule that you are supposed to recruit only yourfriends. If your company has a rule that you must recruit your

family only and that goes against your principles, then dont work

    with that company.

    Products and Services

There are two kinds of products; tangibles and intangibles.

Tangible products are products that you can hold in your hands. It could be a gadget, food supplement, gardening products, fuel

    enhancers, and many more.

Intangibles are services as well as objects that can be found only

on cyberspace. You cant hold them, but they are there, and they

    are real.

This includes Celphone loads, tuition fees for school, bus fare, etc. Even though most intangible products are represented by a

tangible item like a load card for example, the tangible is not the

    product itself.

You paid for the education

you will be getting not a piece of paper na nagpapatunay nanagbayad ka, di ba?

So those are two kinds of products.

When you are introduced to a network marketing business, ask,

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT? And CAN THE PRODUCT STAND BY

ITSELF EVEN WITHOUT THE BUSINESS SIDE ATTACHED TO IT?

dito? If the answer is YES, then you are looking at a legitimate

    network marketing business.

Another question that you should ask yourself is, WILL THIS

PRODUCT ADD VALUE TO THE LIFE OF ITS CONSUMER?

When you find yourself looking at a product na ang tanging

    kaharap mo.

Sometimes, in order to escape legal prosecution and para ma-

products that are actually of no value. Having a product kasihelps them erase the fears of their prospect members.

    price.

    29/46

    Dar e to Dream

    [email protected] 0909-962-9553

Bottomline diyan, if the product or service na benebenta ng

ka, then YOU are in the wrong company. Find a company whose

products you can use and love.

    Earn without doing anything

Do not get into a business that promises that your money will

grow even if you do not do anything.

In network marketing, your money will not grow unless you work.

negosyo mo before it will begin to grow by itself kahit wala ka ng

    ginagawa.

If the company that is inviting you promises you quick get rich

program na wala naman effort requirement sayo, then baka

    illegal scam yan.

    Legalities

May SEC and DTI ba siya? May BFAD or FDA approval ba mga

products niya?

Kagaya ng sabi ko kanina, hundreds of people in the Philippines

    any other industry.

The system will work if you will work the system.

Another thing

we should remember is that success leaves clues.

If you want to be a successful network marketer and achieve

your dreams all you have to do is observe and study those who

had already achieved time and financial freedom using this

    business system.

Avoid taking the advice of people that has never even tried

networking before, o kung nag try man isang malaking FAILURE.

Kasi they will never be able to give you the blue print of success.

Kahit anong pang ne-negative nila sayo, do not listen.

There are three main ingredients necessary for MLM success. Just

look for these 3 and you will soon find success as well.

These vital ingredients are ATTITUDE, BELIEFS, and ACTION.

Examine a successful entrepreneurs attitude, belief system, and

to read or write, not even his own name. Luckily, a co-worker

took pity and helped him learn.

Later on he transferred from one job to the next until finally he

lost his job. This was when he was already living in Manila. It

was tough for him to go back to where he started, out in thestreet, No home, no food, no friends.

Imagine sleeping under waiting sheds and in park jeepneys just

to keep dry when it rains at night. This was his life until his

    upline found him.

He didnt have any money so his upline decided to help him out.

He sold products just so eventually he can join the business.

Early morning, every day, he would sell healthy coffee to joggers.

Healthy coffee was their product. Most ignored him but some

bought. Eventually those who bought the coffee liked the

Network Marketing is a great vehicle para makarating ka kaagad

negosyo mo. These 4 hours hours should consist of Learning,

Lead Generation, Sorting, Inviting, Presenting, and Training.

    Learning

Dapat may time ka set aside every week to read a success or

    Lead Generation

Nothing happens in MLM until you are able to find people who will

either buy your goods or become your business partners. Theskill called Lead generation is vital to this.

Where do you find people to talk to about your business? You can

talk to friends and families or you can talk to total strangers.

    Sorting

Your time is limited so dont go wasting your time on unqualified

prospects. Treat your MLM business as if its a company that you

    just started.

board of directors right? It is the same with your MLM business.

Only partner with winners not whiners.

Find people who has a burning desire to achieve his dreams and

    work with them.

    Inviting

Once you are able to sort out the qualified people among the

time wasters, you may proceed in extending the invitation for

    them to see your business.

There was this technique done by MLM people in the past called

when in doubt, blurt it out.

    This is a wrong concept.

You must qualify first before you can invite them. You see, dapat

    Building it Part-Time

Here is an example kung paano mo gagawin ang MLM business

mo habang nag wo-work ka sa regular job mo.

While preparing for the day, you may start texting or calling your

downlines. Give them a boost of encouragement.

Inspirational messages can be a great day starter for your group.

You may also txt or call to confirm appointments. This will just

take 10 to 20 minutes of your time.

As you travel to your work, habang nasa jeep ka or bus, you maylisten to success audio books para gumaling ka sa business mo.

You can listen to Robert Kiyosaki or Jim Rohn.

success books tulad ng The Science of Getting Rich.

Dont be like them. Use your time wisely.

You can use this to

    meet with prospects over lunch.

You can present your business. Kung wala kang ka-appointment,

use this time to txt and call prospects. You may study again. You

dont need one hour to eat. Just use up half the hour para may

When you travel back you can use this to study some more, txt

some prospects, and do a little prospecting yourself. Prospects

by the way are the people you talk to who are potential business

partners. Prospecting is the act of finding prospects. Prospectingand lead generation are usually used interchangeably.

At night, minimize your TV time in order to do some actions that

will help you grow your business. If you have internet at home,

you can go online and find prospects.

Once again, if you are clueless on how to find prospects, follow

my fanpage and get weekly tips on how to do this business.

What some Busy People will say

kakaonting natitira sayo each month galing sa sahod mo?

If you want to reach your dreams, then be willing to make that

    sacrifice.

Every network marketing business is different so what I will show

you today might not yield the same results with other MLM

    companies.

This is based on my friends company.

In that company, you will get paid based on your own efforts, as

well as sa effort ng mga tao above you and those that are below

you. People above you are called Upline while those below you

    are called Downline.

This is possible because that company is using a system called

Fixed Matrix. Ibig sabihin, limited po ang number of people they

can enroll directly under them.

So kung

    Due to massive spillovers.

You will earn P10 (ten pesos) for every starter kit sold by your

uplines and downlines each month. You also earn P60 for every

starter kit you sold yourself. Let me ask you, would it be

impossible for you to get 10 leaders under you every month?

What if tulad sa company ng friend ko, P300 lang ang starter kit.

Will that be too hard to sell?

If NO, then will it be impossible as well for those 10 leaders to

produce their own 10 leaders? Nope. It will not.

In fact, people in this industry can find an average of 15 to 30

new downlines every month. Kasi napaka dali ung recruiting

    system nila.

So getting 10 direct downlines a month

is not a big deal. It is doable and very realistic.

Lets do this illustration gamit ang worst case scenario.

Lets say it took you 1 year to find your leaders and then hindi ka

na nakapag recruit ng iba pa. Tapos this slow trend was also

copied by your leaders under you as well.

How much do you think will you be earning each month by the

    time you hit 10 years?

    Let us simulate it.

    Year Level Leaders Monthly Income

    2013 1 5 P50

    2014 2 25 P2502015 3 125 P1,250

    2016 4 625 P6,250

    2017 5 3,125 P31,250

    2018 6 15,625 P156,250

    2019 7 78,125 P781,250

    2020 8 390,625 P3,906,250

    2021 9 1,953,125 P19,531,250

    2022 10 9,765,625 P97,656,250

So by year 2022, you could have earned P97 Million plus. Sobra

You

may be wondering where on earth can you find 9 million people.

    That is easy to answer.

You wont have to. Remember, your obligation was just to find

    10. It was not you who found these 9 million plus people, it was

    them.

Our country has a major problem with over population. We also

have a problem with people who are underemployed. Majority of

Filipinos do not have stable jobs.

By offering them network marketing, you will be helping most of

them create a better life for their families.

The Philippine population is close to a hundred million. If we will

include the population from the whole Asia and the world, that is

going to be a lot of people.

Now, will people buy a P300 starter kit? Impossible na magkaroon

ka ng price objection diyan, besides that company sells a product

that already has 50 Million plus customer base.

Their product is something everyone buys already. So ngayon,

What if you were able to get this many downlines and each one

of them sells a starter kit every month?

    How rich can you be?

    Will these be your reality?
