Nothing is impossible if you dare to dream● Every vision comes from a dream

● In 1991, Tun Mahathir had a dream- Vision 2020
● In 1989, I had a dream- The Malaysia Book of Records
But only after 6 years, 11th July 1995, Malaysia Book of Records was launched
And the beginning of a nightmare…
MBR- A non-profit entity
● Operate as a researched centre- ZERO RECORD
● Nothing to sell until 1998- The First Book
● Office- Staff of Six with RM35k monthly expenses
● Bank Loans and Leasing- The most active then…
● RM800,000.00 lost within 18 months
● PARTNERS CALLING IT QUITS

3. Who gave you the monetary support when you almost went bankrupt in business?
● Borrow from friends
● Have good friends around
4. Were the 6 D’s always been a part of you or were they discovered along the way? If they
were discovered, how did you cultivate them?
● These 6 D’s make you realize your dreams faster and learn to become persistent
● Discovered some along the way but some already have in me
● Put it in the practice
5. How can we identify our true passion for life?
● You only can discover along the way
● It’s always from the process of your life
● Must have passion in anything that you do
● Just try it
6. Do you think Wawasan 2020 can come to true?
● That’s in the hand of government
● We are moving toward the direction of what have been planted
7. How Datuk executing your dream? Is there any way or method that we can follow as well?
● Must have a dream first- Know what you want
● Work toward your dream
● Don’t be a day dreamer
8. Isn’t too late to discover true passion as we go along in life? What if we still cannot
identify true passion after a very long time?
● Be positive, stay positive and discover your passion
● What you want to be- list it down- that’s your passion
● There’s not only one passion in life

● Stay positive and persistent

10. I have been employed for the past 20 years, as an accountant and MBA graduate holding
high ranking position in Coca-Cola China. But 5 years ago, I decided to come back and start
my own business in wholesaling but it doesn’t work and now I am lost…
