1 DOT PEEN MARKING // THE BASICS

Dot peen marking technology allows to create permanent marks,with adjustable depth, on virtually any type of hard material; metals,alloys and plastics.

The marking is produced through consecutive high speed impactsof a carbide marking stylus, moving on both X-Y axes over the part,being capable of adapting the impacts on both flat and curvedsurfaces.

The electronically controlled marking head can generate any typeof symbol and characters for permanent parts identification andtraceability; marking texts, numbers, codes and images.

The special compact design of the marker allows easy access andpositioning to mark on parts of any shape, size, and weight.

The powerful pneumatic marking head of the MP-50 is capable ofmarking very fast and very deep depending of specific applicationneedings.

Control and programming of the marking data is really easy using theadvanced fully featured touch-screen controller connected to themarking pistol through a robotic plug & play cable.

The optionally available base-column allows using the marker as adesktop machine to easily mark smaller parts and nameplates.
