Being Part of a Cause Rs 555/- from your package cost will be given to a

needy school going child as scholarship for one month.

Option to sponsor the child for one full year after meeting the child on tour. You get quarterly report of the child. We pay for a pair of school dress for every child

that gets sponsored.

Terms and Conditions All Packages include pick up and drop from Delhi/NCR. Pick up and drop from any other place can be arranged at negotiated cost.

Packages only include Central Camp Fires. Personal camp fires, if desired would cost extra (Rs 999/- ).

All meals whether at Camp Site or Restaurants are included in package cost . Special orders placed would be charged extra. Meals are a mix of different cuisines. Limited snacks , soft drinks and unlimited mineral water are part of package.

Effort would be made to display a cultural program by local troupe, depending upon availability/ group size .

A variety of food items including frozen items would be made available on cash purchase or advance orders at camp site.

Start from Delhi in Bus / Taxi / Train at

2000 Hrs.

4 Days/3 Nights PackageDay 1

Reach Haldwani at 0500 Hrs. Halt at Haldwani : Freshen up and

Breakfast. Start upclimb to hills at 0700 Hrs. Halt at Bhimtaal/ Naukuchiataal for boating,

sight seeing and tea & snacks. Lunch in restaurant at Almora. Visit zoo

(optional). Deposition of personal belongings and

collection of camping stores after reaching

campsite by 1700 Hrs.

4 Days/3 Nights PackageDay 1 contd…

Briefing on next days trek over tea. Central Bon fire , Dance & Music alongside. Complimentary Mock-tails with Barbeque . Buffet Dinner by 2130 Hrs. Entertainment Room and Bar open till

2300 Hrs.

4 Days/3 Nights PackageDay 2

Breakfast at Camp Location. Games at Camp Site. Move out for Trek at 0900 Hrs after tea &

snacks. Soft drinks and snacks on reaching the

peak. Sight seeing and games followed by lunch . Party games during tea time . Bonfire followed by Dinner. Night halt on peak.

4 Days/3 Nights PackageDay 3

Watch sunrise from peak. Trek down to village after breakfast. Witness village lifestyle and interaction ( in

groups). Lunch at village home ( Kumaouni dishes) . Dress up in local costumes. Visit/ Introduction to Organic Farming. Witness rain water harvesting and

greenhouse hut farming.

4 Days/3 Nights PackageDay 3 contd…

Visit local temple. Trek up to camp site ( 2 km up trek ). Barbeque , song & dance ( DJ) besides

concluding bonfire. Gala Dinner at Campsite.

4 Days/3 Nights PackageDay 4

Breakfast followed by deposition of stores &

collection of personal belongings. Move back to delhi at 0800 hrs. Visit famous “Chitai Golu” temple at

Almora. Lunch at Haldwani/ Rudrapur around 1400

Hrs . Debriefing if desired / feedback and

presentation of parting gifts. Reach Delhi by 2200 hrs. (Drop at Central

Location).
