7. The permanent members in each PMG are: the IO/TBM RO, the Port Master, and the

two TBM Leaders (in this document the TBM Interfaces Coordinator (InCo) is

considered equivalent to a TL). The Chair of each PMG is the IO/TBM RO, the Co-

Chair is the PM. The Technical Secretary is made available by IO/FST/TBM.

5. The Port Management Groups are charged of the management

(i.e.,monitoring, reviewing, correcting actions implementation) of all technical aspects

related to the TBSs located in the corresponding Port, including the aspects concerning

for instance the following items:

Test Blanket Systems design and manufacturing;

TBS interfaces with ITER systems and operation;

TBS integration in ITER (in particular in the port cell);

R&D monitoring;

Safety aspects and human access requirements;

RAMI assessment (RAMI = Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Inspectability);

Quality Assurance Management;

Codes & Standards and acceptance tests

Planning, milestones definition and milestones monitoring;

Testing program and testing objectives;

TBS-related technical documentation.
