Bruce Jarvis took these photos fromhis backyard recently after a call from Jan Abler that there was an eagle in a tree at the back of their property that looks out over Manklin Creek. The tree was actually at the back of their next door neighbor’s house, the Pritchards. The bird was quite a ham, as he ate the Red Drum just snatched from the creek.
A group of Parke residents got together last night at Cafe Bacci in Siesta Key for dinner. Joe Matturro was the orga-nizer and it was great fun to see everyone on their winter vacation.
