This summer has been wonderful and rather busy (but in a good way )! In my last letter I mentioned that I would be working in a VBS and asked for your prayers for that week. I am thrilled to report that we had great attendance and several children and teens trusted Christ, including one of the girls in the Juniors class I taught! No matter how many times I see it, it always thrills my heart to see a person place their faith in Christ and receive His free gift of forgiveness and salvation! It was a special privilege to see that same girl so excited about her new life in Christ that she went home and told her family and friends, she brought friends with her each night during the rest of the week, she learned each memory verse and brought her Bible every night—and because the church was recording points in each of those areas, she ended up earning the title of “VBS Champion!” I pray that she will never lose that excitement for the things of the Lord!!

July was another busy and fruitful month in which I was “on the road” for all but a few days. I had meetings in North and South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, and Georgia and at least one of the churches I visited is planning to join with me in financial support and the others have promised their prayers. I also had one church that I visited a few months ago that began sending support. Praise the Lord I am another step closer to reaching the field where God has planted my heart! I would like to ask all of you to begin praying for the preparations that have already begun for outreach while the Olympic Games are held in the UK next summer. Many church groups plan to travel to the UK to help in tract distribu-tion and soul-winning. I am planning to spend the summer there as well and would appreciate your prayers - especially for souls to be saved! For the Gospel,
