Professional Goals

After graduating from the University of South Dakota, I hope to become an elementary music teacher.

After spending some time in the classroom, I hope to return to school to receive a masters degree.

Even after completing both of these degrees, I hope to continue to learn all I can about music while teaching.

Within the next ten years, I hope to have accomplished several personal, academic, and occupational milestones:◦ Personal: I hope to have a family of my own, complete

with a loving husband and children.

◦ Academic: I hope to have either obtained a master’s degree in music or be close to completing this course of study.

◦ Occupational: I hope to still be teaching elementary music, although I would enjoy teaching private lessons as well.
