firms operating in the State of Qatar.
DGC’s staff are highly experienced in the construction Industry for Commercial and
Residential buildings, High Rise Towers and Infrastructure works for the past 25 years.

DGC PROFILE
Doha Group Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. (DGC) is a newly recognized Construction
Company operating in the State of Qatar to support the country's national development
plan, as envisioned by his Highness Emir of Qatar. DGC intends to undertake many
upcoming projects including - but not limited to - Buildings, Mixed-use, Educational,
Health, Residential, Commercial and Civil construction projects in the State of Qatar.
DGC has set a great prominence on safety, quality control, timely completion and
sustainability to ensure DGC consistently meets projects requirements and specifications,
thus constantly ensuring high quality standards and achieving the utmost satisfaction of
our clients.
DGC has executed prestigious projects in the State of Qatar for Private and esteemed
Public Clients, particularly the Public Works Authority (Ashghal).
DGC has a well-organized and well-disciplined multinational work force of over 300 highly
trained and skilled workers, owns a fleet of Construction equipment, Machinery and
vehicles, and are capable of undertaking construction projects of various scopes and sizes.
With DGC’s well experienced staff; DGC is capable of constructing Commercial,
educational, health Residential buildings, High Rise Towers and Infrastructure works.
DGC has undertaken challenging projects in many aspects of the construction sector’s
requirements. DGC has the in house capability to handle and execute any requirement of
the Building sector. DGC emphasizes HSE and Quality as the main objectives for all our
projects thereby gaining the full trust of our clients and achieving our goals on time.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Project Management is an essential part of the Strategy for the success of Our
Organization. With our staff background who are widely
experienced in Project Management, our projects runs smoothly
and safely. Our staff customize PM systems for each project in
order to achieve effective Project Planning, Construction, Progress
monitoring & control. We are equipped with various resources to
fulfill all the Project Management needs of all our Stakeholders via our Integrated
Management System.
Our well experienced Managerial staff closely monitor the entire life cycle of a Project
starting from the tendering stage all the way up to the close out ceremony and handing
over.
Early planning and setting out the roadmap of the Project’s life cycle gives a clear view to
Management and assists their strategic decision making process for the Project which
gives DGC the advantage of anticipating and avoiding time slippage and fulfilling all the
stakeholder requirements. Early appropriate planning and close monitoring for various
stages of the projects ensures the timely completion of each project. Hereunder are
examples for planning and monitoring:
• Tender Comprehensive Program taking into consideration Client requirements,
Contract Conditions, Governmental Regulations and requirements
• Project Baseline Program, with loaded resources and costs, is prepared in
compliance with the appropriate Conditions of the Contract and for effective
monitoring of the Project’s Progress.

• Progress Updates, Monitoring & Reporting; reflects the performance of all parties of
the project and allows the management team to undertake necessary
preventive/corrective actions for successful completion of the Project. The periodical
reports for the Projects are submitted in compliance with Client requirements in
terms of format and duration for submission.
• Procurement Management allows Forecasting
and monitoring of all project requirements
ensuring adequate timing for deploying
Manpower, delivering Material and Machinery
requirement for the Project; avoiding any
unnecessary delays which might affect the project completion date.
• Project Document Control System; controls the incoming and outgoing
correspondences from various project parties. It is vitally important as it provides the
means to share the correct information at the right time, and assists the
management in tracking the issues requiring action at the right time.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
DGC's commitment to safety is one of its core values, along
with caring for its employees’ health and wellness while
avoiding any adverse effects on the environment during the
construction phase.
DGC policy is to create awareness and establish such
concepts among all our employees. Property and environment are our most important
assets, and their protection and conservation are the Management’s highest priority and
these policies are actively supported through the participation of all levels of the
organization from upper management to the labor force in their implementation.
We believe that personal harm, injury or damages are avoidable
through the implementation of effective safety norms, planning
of work, risk-based control measures and monitoring the related
activities. This is achievable by ensuring that the selected
workforce possess the required skills, training and experience to
perform the job; providing them with continuous awareness on health, safety and
