The Dashboard represents a synthesis of all active users, with general information about your database (number of available lists, active contacts, opt-out, bounce, and total emails sent).

The Dashboard summarizes the main information regarding the campaigns you sent (completed, ongoing, planned, in draft) both for EMAIL for SMS channels.

The pie chart shows the status of the contacts in the database.

You can also download an Excel file with summary data for all campaigns sent over the last 90 days.

Mailmaker has a calendar, with all the campaigns you planned.

You can analyze the current month, the previous two months, and the two following months.

From the summary tab of each Newsletter you can directly access the campaign preview and the statistical reports.

DeM & Newsletters integrated to CRM

MAILMAKER uploads structured data from CRM to automatically generate the Targets. Each Target is associated to a campaign. Every customer of a branch receives the customized version of the DeM: sender, landing page, header, footer, text content.

Target is imported along with the campaign code for exporting the results to the CRM (open, click, bounce).

The communication protocol between the CRM and MAILMAKER is a secure channel FTP (SFTP), and is enabled through the exchange of SSL certificates.
