FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSHOW CAN YOU MANAGE YOUR CONTENT TO YOUR DEVICE? Very easy. All you have to do is connect a USB stick with the appropriate contents (pictures or videos), copy the data and push start on the remote control to play.

ARE THE DEVICES AVAILABLE WITH TOUCHSCREEN? A touchscreen makes your device become enormously attractive. Customers are not only offered a passive source of information, but an active interaction. Several of the offered devices can be equipped with touchscreen.

ARE THE DEVICES ALSO AVAILABLE IN DIN FORMATS SUCH AS A0 OR A1? The sizes in the digital world differ from the paper sizes. DIN formats do not exist in the field of digital signage. Here we use a 16:9 format, the size is specified by inches according to the diagonal of the screen, for instance 43", 49", 55". A DIN A0 paper (1.189 x 841 mm) most likely corresponds to a 49“screen with the dimensions of 1.053 x 604 mm.

ARE THERE ANY WEATHERPROOF PRODUCT SOLUTIONS? Yes, there is a unique cost-effective solution for outdoors. The Digital Totem – Outdoor is waterproof, dustproof and protected against vandalism.

CAN MULTIPLE DEVICES BE MANAGED CENTRALLY? Yes, the central control can be done through the MagicInfo Software from SAMSUNG. This requires the purchase of a license.

ARE THE DEVICES SUITABLE FOR CONTINUOUS USE? All units have a professional SAMSUNG screen designed for a 24/7 operation 365 days a year.

MAGICINFO SOFTWARE BY SAMSUNGAll our devices are ready to use and easy to operate, thanks to the already free installed software version of MagicInfo Player Lite by SAMSUNG. This player is ideal for standalone devices or small networked systems that are used to display media content. Via plug-and-play videos (MP4, WMV), pictures (JPG), PowerPoint and audio files can be played through the built-in media player without any data conversion.

If you use several digital signage solutions in a larger network and you would like to control and monitor the content from a central location via network, there are corresponding enhancements of the MagicInfo software from SAMSUNG.

In addition to the pre-installed software or its extensions, we can also develop a special and individual customized solution (e.g. apps, widgets…) with our network partner.
