Who do I believe “I am” in every aspect of my life? Family, Relationships, Business/Career, Financially, Spiritually, Physically

In one sentence ‘create an overall description’ of who you BELIEVE you are!

What do “I” TRULY want from life? Block out 30-60 minutes for YOU Write what ever FIRST comes to mind in all areas of your life:

What do “I” NOT want from life? Block out 5 minutes for YOU Write what ever FIRST comes to mind in all areas of your life:

Family/Friends/Relationships, Business/Career, Finances/Health, Spirituality and more

Define 1 Goal that will address ‘shedding’ what you DON’T want in your life



WHY do “I” NOT want those things in my life?

Take one at a time and describe in GREAT detail: WHY you do NOT want those things in your life What physical, emotional, spiritual, etc. impact do each of them have on your heart and head What am I willing to give up or do to shed them On a scale of 1-10 how VALUABLE would it be to shed them



What are my RICHes - Skills, Talents and Accomplishments You need to discover, honor and celebrate your strengths, so list out in great detail

what they are Identify which of those skills, talents and accomplishments support your long term

and 30 day GOALS… RELISH in those RICHes that you already possess



What BITCHES are sabotaging me! REMEMBER – “Feel the fear and do it anyway!!”

KNOW that it will be as easy or hard as you make it! On a separate paper, scribble out (in a one/two line description) all of the

NEGATIVE SELF TALK that you say or feel in your heart or head…. Don’t think to hard, just let them flow!!

FEEL all of those discovered insights; cry, get mad, be embarrassed, feel the fear!!



What BITCHES are sabotaging me! Review your Goals, Skills, Talents and Accomplishments, let them minimize your

Bitches! Look at all of your strengths and then look at how your BITCHES are sabotaging YOU

optimizing those strengths Continue…. Making a list based on what comes up KNOW that now that you have discovered them, you can CONFRONT them. Stay
