The FBA peer group has been one of the best groups I could have joined being part of a family business. It has really given me more insight from a family business perspective being that the groups are filled with a wide range of people in different stages in their family businesses. Being able to confide in a group of people that have or are going through the same obstacles within their family businesses is extremely helpful and eye opening, especially because each person has a completely different background and business background than the next person. I would highly recommend an FBA Peer Group.

Nothing can fulfill the same role or bring the same value that belonging to an affinity group can. There is a peer advantage because you are in a place where you receive completely unbiased and objective advice in a safe environment where you aren’t being judged.– Leon Shapiro
