References, Internal database and Job Posting that match the desired skills Evaluation of the candidates for the requirements on the basis of the skills, domain,
Experience, Qualifications etc. Screening the Candidates by Conducting telephonic or personal interview Encourages the Employees to provide reference for better prospects Arranging for the Technical Interview and Coordinating with the Concerned team Regular follow up with the candidates till their joining with the clients Communicating employment status to applied Candidates
Maintaining and updating database of the candidates Doing background verification of the shortlisted Candidates Assisting HR Manager on all other general Human resources and administration matters
INDUCTION & ONBOARDING:
When a particular candidate is finalized and selected giving him/ her Offer letters / appointment letters with brief working agreement or company Policies.
Properly filing relevant documents of the new joinee as required Introducing him/her to the team and Supervisors & Managers Explaining the mode of Communication
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE RECORDS:
Keeping a track of attendance of employees Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of employees Seeing it that no employee is irregular and if there are such people taking Corrective or
preventive measures.
EXIT FORMALITIES:
Conducting exit interview of candidates who are resigning Helping the person to be relieved properly Issuing Relieving letters & Experience letters
