    Note : The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to theexamination. Their admission at all the stages of examination for which they are admitted by this Court, viz. PreliminaryExamination, Main Examination (Written) and the Viva-voce will be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribedeligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the Preliminary Examination, Main Examination (Written) and theViva-voce, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature for the examination shallstand cancelled without any notice or further reference.

Applications can also be submitted personally at the Filing Counter of Delhi High Court from 10:30 A.M. to1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on any working day, till the last date of receipt of applications.

Thereafter the Application Form, Acknowledgement Card and the smaller envelope containing the DJSERegistration Form must be put in the accompanying large envelope addressed to the Joint Registrar (Vig.), High Court of Delhi,

    Sher Shah Road, New Delhi - 110003.Incomplete applications or applications wrongly filled in or those not on the prescribed Application Form or not accompanied bythe DJSE Registration Form are liable to be summarily rejected.

    7. (ii) O;fDrxr :i ls Qkbfyax dkmaVj ij vkosnu&i= izLrqr djus okys mEehnokjksa dks ikorh jlhn la[;k lfgr rqjUr tkjh dh tk,xhAAcknowledgement with the receipt no. shall be issued instantly to the candidate submitting application personally at fillingcounter.

    7. (iii) ftu mEehnokjksa dks rkRdkfyd :i ls ijh{kk esa cSBus dh vuqefr fey pqdh gS mudh lwph fnYyh mPp U;k;ky; dh osc lkbV ij miyC/k gksxhAList of candidates who have been admitted provisionally to appear in the examination would be available on the website ofDelhi High Court.

    8. It shall, however, be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that the applicationreaches the High Court in time.

    A candidate, who claims to belong to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes or Physically Handicapped categories if declaredsuccessful in the Main Examination (Written), must submit the original caste/disability certificate to the Joint Registrar (Vig.) withinten days of the declaration of the result.

    Delhi Judicial Service Examination will be held in two successive stages :-

    (i) p;u gsrq] fnYyh U;kf;d lsok iz kjfEHkd ijh{kk oLrqfu"B izdkj ftlesa 25 izfr'kr udkjkRed vad dkVs tk,xsa vkSjDelhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination (Objective Type with 25% negative marking) for selection for the MainExamination, and

    (ii)mEehnokjksa dks ekSf[kd ijh{kk esa cqykus gsrqfnYyh U;kf;d lsok eq[; ijh{kk fyf[krDelhi Judicial Service Main Examination (Written) for selection of candidates for calling for Viva-voce.

In the preliminary examination question on general knowledge and aptitude of thecandidate, candidate's power of expression, flair in english, knowledge of objective type legal problems and their solutionscovering Constitution of India, Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Penal Code, Contract Act,Partnership Act, Principles Governing Arbitration Law, Evidence Act, Specific Relief Act and Limitation Act will be included.

    DJSE REGISTRATION FORM

    DJSE Registration Form

    The DJSE Registration Form in the envelope is

    already folded in a particular manner. Please ensure

    that after filling this form, it is folded exactly in the

    same manner and kept in the same envelope. Do

    not staple the Registration Form with other

    enclosures.

    You should start filling the DJSE Registration Form,

    only after reading and understanding the instructions

    completely.Use only HB Pencil for filling the form

    and shading the ovals. Use soft rubber / eraser if

    you want to erase shading over an oval. Avoid multiple

    shading of ovals in a column as the scanning

    machine ignores multiple shading.

    It is your personal responsibility to ensure

    correctness in filling this form. Please remember

    incorrect filling up of form will result in wrong

    information getting stored in the computer. This will

    end up in the loss of your identity.

    Marking the Answer Sheet

    Answer sheets are scanned by machine and scores computed. Accuracy in scoring is dependenton the examinees marking their answer sheets properly and the completeness of their erasures

    when used. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the following

    Answer sheet has three parts; Part A, Part B and Part C , Part A is to be filled in ink. Part B and Part
