DM CID: alkaline chlorine cleaning and disinfecting

Product description

DM CID is formulated to clean and disinfect pipes, all tanks and other CIP applications. Sodium hypchlorite ensures excellent disinfection.

Properties DM CID is composed of potassium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, stabilisers, sequestering agents and corrosioninhibitors.

Direction for use

DM CID can be used after milking alternately with PHO CID (acid cleaning product)

» First pre-rinse with lukewarm water. » Circulate a solution of DM CID at 0.5 - 1% for 10 to 15

minutes at a temperature of 50 to 70 °C. » Afterwards rinse with potable water. » Clean filters with 10 % solution of DM CID.

Product description PHO CID is an acid cleaning product for the decalcification and the removal of persistent protein and iron deposits.

Direction for use

PHO CID is suitable for periodical or daily acid cleaning, preferably after the milking treatment in the morning

» Rinse with lukewarm water. » Let circulate a solution PHO CID of 50g/10l (0.5%) in water

at a temperature of 40 - 70°C, during 8 - 15 minutes. » Rinse with potable water.
