The RFID tags are associated with assets and come in two flavors: Active – have their own power source, capable of communicating directly Passive – no internal power source, can only respond to a reader request
Information can be processed to provide real time asset visibility: Location/Proximity of Tag ID of Tag, linked via system to asset details Physical Status of Tag – temperature, humidity level etc.

Document Tracking System is a RFID based, multi-processing solution which helps maintain track of Document movements within the organization to ensure no un-authorized person walks way with a company document. Document Tracking System helps organizations maintain control over movement of their documents. Asset Tracking System has two distinct functions: Identification and tagging of Assets Tracking of Document movements
Tracking of Assets movements occur on a 24x7x365 basis and each instance of Asset movement is recorded. At each instance of an exception during Asset movement, alarms are triggered at concerned locations for prevention or double-checking of such movement exceptions. Analytical and informative reports are generated from the Asset Tracking database to assist organizations gain control over their Assets

How it Works
The RFID antennas placed on company’s main gate where all employees enter into the company.
When the employee enter into the Company gate the RFID antennas sense the tags.
Both RFID antennas send the details to the Authentication Window.
If the information match then Authentication complete and window is green.
If the information mismatch then Authentication failed and window is red and alarm is beep.
