Online applications are hereby invited for filling up 49 posts

of lecturers on contract basis in various subjects in SCERT and its

09 DIETs of Delhi, on a consolidated remuneration of Rs.23910/-

for the Academic Session 2013-14 (upto 31.03.2014) or till the post

is filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier. Submission of

application other then online shall not be entertained and any

deviation in this regard shall lead to summarily rejection. Eligible

candidates are advised to apply online only from 16.09.2013 to

22.09.2013 up to 5.00 PM. Applicants are strictly instructed not to

send any hard copy of the application to this department. No

document is required to be submitted along with the online

application. Submission of wrong or false or fabricated

information shall lead to rejection of candidature. The list of

candidate to be called for the verification of Documents shall be

displayed on website of SCERT. For details, regarding essential

The State Council of Educational Research and Training Delhi invites online

applications for filling up of the following posts on contract basis on the consolidatedsalary of Rs.23910/- for the session 2013-14 (up to 31/03/2014) or till the regular

Maximum Age limit: - 35 years as on date of Publication of Advt. Relaxation in age for

SC/ST/OBC/PH etc. shall be as per Govt. Rules. In case of OBCcandidates, the Certificate of OBC category from the Competent

Authority of GNCT of Delhi only is admissible.

General Terms and Conditions:-

1. One candidate can apply for only one post of his/her choice subject to fulfilling of

all eligibility and other terms and conditions of recruitment. The candidature of

such candidates shall stand cancelled who apply for more than one post.

2. The candidature of a candidate shall be subject to verification of Original

Certificates/Degree of Educational Qualifications and Experience etc. and submission

of duly attested photocopy set of the same, failing which the candidature shall stand,

cancelled.3. The discrepancy in respect of details submitted online by the candidates and with that of

original Certificates/Degree of Educational Qualifications and Experience shall lead to

disqualification and candidature of such candidates shall be rejected.

4. No correction in data once submitted by applicant shall be allowed under any

circumstances.

5. Mere submission of application online does not entitle any person for appointment.

6. Director SCERT has every right not to fill up any or all of the posts.

7. In case no applications is received against a post or if it found, after verification of documents,

that the candidate who applied but does not qualify the criteria or submitted wrong/false

information, the applicant(s) who have applied for other post can be considered for

appointment on the said post if otherwise eligible for the post not applied against.

Selection Criteria

The selection shall be made on a scale of 100 marks applicable differently for each of the posts.

The merit shall be made strictly on the basis of academic performance of a candidate to be

measured from matriculation onwards and marking shall be made on the basis of marks obtained

by them in Secondary, Sr. Sec, Graduation Degree, Professional Graduation Degree, Post

Graduation Degree/Diploma, Professional Post Graduation Degree/Diploma, M.Phil , Ph.D,

Experience obtained and Publications/Research Paper.
